Please note that candidates will be required to complete training with the manager.
Job Responsibilities:
Key responsibilities of a Medical Biller and Collector include submitting insurance claims, verifying patient eligibility and coverage, generating and sending patient invoices, pursuing unpaid claims and denials, collecting overdue patient balances, resolving billing disputes with patients and payers, and keeping accurate patient and billing records that comply with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA.
The role will involve working closely with healthcare providers and insurance companies to ensure accurate payments.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in English and other languages is advantageous
- Previous experience as a medical collector for at least 3 years in a USA company
