This is a remote position.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Healthcare Documentation & Admin Coordinator to manage referral documents, streamline reporting, and support administrative functions in a healthcare setting. This role requires strong organizational skills, experience with medical documentation systems, and the ability to communicate effectively with clinicians and external partners. The ideal candidate will also have a background in healthcare terminology and previous virtual assistant or admin experience. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and organize patient referral and intake documents - Prepare AI-generated financial reports for internal and external use - Track and maintain critical documentation using systems like Brightree and RX WEB - Communicate with clinicians/therapists to follow up on paperwork and obtain signatures - Submit documentation to insurance carriers and handle denial resubmissions - Support efforts to boost referrals and sales through accurate and timely documentation Requirements - Proven background in medical terminology or prior experience in a medical or clinical setting (e.g., STNA, Medical Assistant, Assistant COTA) - Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail - Excellent written and verbal communication abilities - Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, cloud-based platforms, and familiarity with AI-generated reporting tools - Previous experience in a Virtual Assistant (VA) or administrative support role is preferred Benefits Employee Benefits:Health and Wellness: Comprehensive HMO coverage for you and your dependents.
