PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

FACILITY MAINTENANCE

· Executes mechanical related work orders or any mechanical emergency related repairs.

· Monitor and inspection of the condition of mechanical equipment in the facility.

· Checks the generator set for mechanical problems and maintenance.

· Conducts fabrication of in-house projects (welding).

· Conducts lubrication of various equipment such as pumps, valves, and other requirements.

· Checks, monitors and inspects various pumps in the facility.

· Assist operations department during vessel/barge receiving and unloading (watchman team)

· Check the fire pump set for mechanical and other auxiliaries.

· Reports to the supervisor any defects on the terminal facilities which need immediate corrective and preventive actions.

· Performs other related task that the Maintenance Supervisor will assign from time to time.

HEALTH, ENVIRONMENT. SAFETY

· Comply the safety programs, policies and procedures of the company

· Contribute to the job hazard reporting with regards to work related processes of the company

· Ensure that the emergency equipment (oil spill and firefighting equipment) are ready and effectively maintained

· Report to the immediate superior any incident/accident occurrence and any other conditions that may affect the safety and security of the personnel and the facility.

Job Description:

The Mechanical Technician – Food & Beverage / Hospitality is responsible for ensuring the proper functioning, repair, and upkeep of all facilities, kitchen equipment, and utilities across NT Group's restaurants and commissaries. This role ensures smooth day-to-day operations, compliance with safety standards, and technical support for store expansion projects.

Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, mechanical, HVAC, refrigeration, and plumbing systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair breakdowns on kitchen equipment, chillers, freezers, exhaust systems, and utilities.
• Conduct regular facility inspections and ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and operational standards.
• Support installations, renovations, and equipment fit-outs for new stores and commissaries.
• Maintain accurate logs of maintenance activities, repair reports, and spare parts inventory.
• Coordinate with contractors and suppliers for specialized maintenance or repairs.

Qualifications:

• Vocational/Technical/TESDA certification in Electrical Installation & Maintenance, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, or equivalent technical field.
• Minimum of 2 years hands-on experience in maintenance/repairs within the F&B, retail, or hospitality industry (commercial kitchen equipment, walk-in coolers, industrial HVAC, etc. preferred).

TransCore LP is seeking two Project Technicians in the Philippines that will be performing assembly, installation, configuration, and maintenance of Multi-Lane Free Flow (MLFF) Roadside equipment (RSE).

Job Summary:

Assembly and maintenance technicianwith perform assembly, installation, and wiring of RSE equipment inside outdoor enclosures, support in the staging, configuration, and validation of TransCore's Infinity Digital Lane System RSE and perform on-site or in-house servicing, repair and/or installation of RSE. This job may include any aspect of field support including installation, troubleshooting and repair of electronic equipment and wiring, installation and configuration of component systems/firmware, including upgrades, modifications and programming; preventive maintenance actions; documentation.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for maintaining accurate accountability of all parts and tools
• Installation of equipment and wiring of equipment inside outdoor enclosures.
• Equipment configuration and testing.
• Perform routine inspections, assembly, repair, and reassembly of assemblies and sub-assemblies.
• Use soldering or de-soldering equipment to rework defects.
• Operate equipment and logs required data using simple software programs.
• Installation, preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment including Microsoft Windows and Linux-based hardware, video surveillance and detection equipment, radar/LIDAR detection equipment, network communications equipment.
• Complete reports, logs and perform shift-to-shift communications in accordance with established policies, procedures and local practices.
• Respond to corrective maintenance requests or alarms within an acceptable time frame.
• Diagnose and repair hardware, software, and system issues.
• Report on the technical status of the system with accuracy and completeness.
• Restore equipment to operational status as quickly as possible.
