**Requirements**
+ Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering

+ Exposure to customer electronics R&D or design for manufacturability, and advantage
+ Proficient in 2D and 3D modeling (preferably ProE/Creo) and MS Windows applications
+ Resourceful and organized
+ Team player with good interpersonal skills

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Prepare an Annual Preventive Maintenance Plan for the following utilities:

1. Prepare list of needed CAPEX and OPEX projects for coming year as needed by facilities mechanical equipment.
1. Knowledgeable in troubleshooting facilties equipment related to mechanical system such as the following:
1. Water Cooled Aircon
2. Air Cooled and Split Type Aircon
3. Fire Pump Controls
4. HVAC PLC and Controls
5. Exhaust Fans and Control
6. Pumps and its control system
7. Fire Pump System
1. Supervise, guide and coach mechanical technician for the day to day activity to ensure safe and sustainable running condition of the equipment.
1. Analyze daily inspection check sheet for possible trend on equipment problem or needing immediate maintenance and raise to Facility Manager's immediate action.
1. Ensure compliance of the factory from regulatory requirements such as PEZA, BFP, DOLE, DENR, LLDA, etc.
Qualification
+ Licensed Mechanical Engineer (RME) with 5years minimum experience in Facilities Department under Mechanical Group in a Manufacturing Set-up.
+ Experience in Plating, Moulding, Stamping and Assembly production lines is a plus but not necessary.
+ Knowledgeable in the processing of PEZA, DOLE, DENR, LLDA and other regulatory agency permit is required.
+ Pro-active with good leadership skill set.

**Job Overview**
Responsible for the efficient day-to-day operations, maintenance and repair of all technical systems within the hotel. Ensures the continuous generation of heat, light, power, ventilation and air-conditioning, steam and water supply in the entire hotel and its premises. Works closely with the Assistant Chief Engineer to carry out other responsibilities assigned to him in accordance with the established maintenance program and operation schedule to perform a smooth operation of the Engineering Department.
**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
Contribute to the day-to-day operational efficiency of the department.
**Operational**
+ Supervises employees in his section for attendance at work and quality of job performance.
+ Ensures the efficient, economical and sound operation of equipment under his jurisdiction, i.e. Boiler, Chiller, Emergency Generators, Fire Pumps, Kitchen, Refrigeration, HVAC/Laundry and the auxiliaries of these, etc.
+ Ensures immediate provision of services necessary to guests and other operating departments.

+ Ensures regular cleaning of boiler exhaust ducts, kitchen hoods, grease traps, AHU's and other related equipment.

**Candidate Profile**
Education and Experience
- Graduate of Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- Registered Mechanical Engineer
- At least 3 years supervisory experience in repair and maintenance in a Deluxe hotel
Skills and Knowledge
- Has good knowledge in HVAC/laundry, kitchen and refrigeration equipment repair and maintenance, power and steam generation
- Knowledge in computer operation, CADD and building management system is desirable
- Able to organize a team harmoniously and build a professional Engineering Team, has good interpersonal and community relation skills, and should be well-versed in employee/management relationship
