Job Qualifications

• With at least 1 year of professional experience in material management, procurement, warehousing, logistics, or inventory control is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of standard inventory management practices and systems.
• This is a project-based role.
• Preferably with a professional driver's license with restriction codes 1 and 2.

Scope of Work

• Managing chemical warehouse in physically including housekeeping, receiving & issuing out , inventory physical count , disposal , packing , re-packing ,decanting … in compliance with company safety policies.
• Perform transactions of Goods Receipt , Issue out , cycle count, load in , load out . in Inventory system
• Daily communicate with operation and base team to load in / load out chemicals from / to offshore.
• Weekly sending inventory report to Material Supervisor and Materials Manager locate outside Philippine i.e Malaysia , Thailand …
• Annual warehouse audit and report to Material Supervisor and Safety officer
• Managing the team of 2-4 general helpers
• Support SLB Business Line or personnel on warehouse support, inspection, storekeeping, verification, testing activity, etc.

• Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP MM solutions.

• Configure and support inventory management, valuation, and material master data.

We are urgently looking for Application Engineer SAP Material Management-Remote Makati

Responsibilities:

· Configure, maintain, and enhance SAP MM modules to support business requirements.

· Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements.

· Perform system testing, integration testing, and UAT support for SAP MM-related enhancements and projects.
