Job Description
Identify, Design, and Develop training programs within an organization through training needs assessment, job analysis, appraisal and regular consultation with employees and department leads
- Plan and assess the 'return on investment' of any training or development programme and monitor / review the progress of trainings through questionnaires and discussions with managers
- Devise individual learning plans and produce training materials for in-house courses
- Manage the delivery of training and development programmes and
- Evaluate training and development programmes. amend and revise programmes as necessary, in order to adapt to changes occurring in the work environment
- Keep up to date with developments in training by reading relevant journals, going to meetings and attending relevant courses
- Research new technologies and methodologies in workplace learning and present this research.
- Administering regular, detailed assessments monthly and provide feedback to employees and management through reports
- Conduct Orientations and Onboarding trainings to establish standards and norms
- Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time
- Adhere to Dottystyle work standards and follow office rules and guidelines
