The Qualifications We Seek
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Ecommerce, Operations Management, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent work experience
- 1-4 years of experience in Marketing, Ecommerce, or a Marketing/Ecommerce Support role
- 2+ years of experience with Amazon Seller/Vendor Central
- Skilled in navigating flat files, variation structures, and compliance workflows
- Detail-oriented and proactive in identifying and resolving issues
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams remotely
- Preferred: Experience with NetSuite, Helium10, or ChannelAdvisor

Your Daily Tasks
- Review daily and weekly performance reports (e.g., gainers/drainers, OOS, CRaP) and identify issues
- Monitor Buy Box ownership and provide insights on causes of loss (pricing, competition)

- Audit brand onboarding (e.g., North Coast, Rojo) to ensure listings are active, attributed, and varied correctly

Break/Fix & Catalog Integrity
- Monitor and resolve item-level issues such as suppressed listings, incorrect product detail pages, and compliance flags
- Submit and manage support cases in Amazon systems as needed
- Partner with the Marketplace team to resolve compliance documentation issues
- Track and resolve "dogs" (non-buyable items) and escalate to internal stakeholders
Digital Aisle / Sales Intelligence
- Conduct regular Buy Box audits to identify losses to resellers or third-party competition
- Report daily and weekly insights to the Marketplace team
- Evaluate catalog performance using gainer/drainer reports to identify root causes of underperformance (e.g., no inventory, poor variation structure, Buy Box loss)
New Brand & Catalog QA
- Audit product lists to ensure all SKUs are listed and attributed properly
- Identify missing ASINs, incorrect variation groupings, and catalog inconsistencies
- Support onboarding and catalog health management of new brands
- Perform catalog walkthroughs to verify content accuracy, active listings, and correct variation structure
Strategic Cleanup & Reporting
- Clean up legacy ASINs by fixing broken images, content, and attribute mismatches
- Maintain item-level audit checklists and contribute to weekly item health reports
- Partner with Shannon to complete content optimization tasks related to catalog structure

Position Summary
The Marketplace Operations Specialist focuses on tracking, optimizing and managing product listings on Target+ during their initial launch phase. As the Target+ expert, you will ensure that each product listing is fully optimized for visibility and sales, all product launch tactics are followed, track initial sales and performance metrics. In additional you will provide guidance on pricing, promotional, paid advertising and listing optimization adjustments during the launch phase.
Responsibilities
Content Management:
- Monitor and manage listings to ensure listing health issues are surfaced and addressed effectively
- Work with Target to understand the root causes of existing listing health issues and to ensure our products are relisted effectively and efficiently
- Work closely with the Creative and SEO team to acquire approved creative content including Listing Photos, Enhanced Brand Content, Brand Stories, Video Content, and Storefronts.
- Troubleshoot any issues encountered while pushing creative content live onto product listings, and communicate these issues effectively among the involved parties.
- Effectively manage timelines for all seasonal content.
Catalog Management
- Oversee the management of the product catalog on these marketplaces.
- Work with Channel Manager to update product attributes, categories, and creating variations as needed.
- Ensure that all product information is accurate and up-to-date, and that products are categorized correctly for optimal search and browsing by customers.
- Create variations of products to provide customers with a full range of options and enhance the shopping experience.
Listing Troubleshooting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize product listings, pricing and ensure accurate and compelling product information.
- Handle all aspects of listing troubleshooting, including dealing with suppressed listings and resolving image and content issues.
- Ensure all listings comply with Amazon's policies and guidelines and are optimized for visibility and mitigate any potential litigation risk.
Project Management
- Use to refer to priority task and update the progress of each task
Account Audit
- Regularly perform account audits to ensure all listings are active and accurate, and to identify and resolve any potential issues. Monitor account health and take corrective actions as necessary.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of prior experience working in Amazon, Target or Target+
- Must be highly organized and possess the ability to handle and manage multiple projects and work in a fast paced environment

A day in the life of…
The Digital Commerce Specialist will join the Digital Commerce Services - Amazon Team. This person will be responsible in managing the back office of Amazon ensuring competitive inventory sufficiency of Nestlé in the vendor's website. The specialist will closely collaborate with Business/Brand Managers, Key Supply Chain Managers, eCommerce Managers, Zone Champions, and Global Amazon Acceleration Team.
Focus will be on quality and deadlines, ensuring standards and Nestlé guidelines and eRetailer channel requirements are respected for each deliverable, aiming for high level of quality in all tasks and act as a partner of choice for the Businesses.
The specialist will be supported by Global Amazon Acceleration Team to deliver daily Center of Scale activities:
Monitor the inventory sufficiency of Nestlé products in Amazon vendor through reporting
Gather insights and analytics on the ASINs of the Business based on the Amazon Catalogue
Reconcile unavailable ASINs from the Amazon inventory through ticket resolution
Report unauthorized third-party sellers to secure lost sales of the business
Investigate Andon Cord cases reported by the Business and suggest recommendations
Run periodic report through unavailable ASINs due to insufficient physical inventory
Create report for ASINs that are live but lost the buy box

A day in the life.
The Digital Commerce Specialist for Salsify supports Nestlé partners in the area of product publication across channels and markets. He/she takes ownership of the syndication process, its success and act as an extension of the business team.
The specialist will closely collaborate with Digital Shelf Managers, eCommerce and Marketing teams.
Focus will be on quality and deadlines, ensuring standards and Nestlé guidelines and e-retailer channel requirements are respected for each deliverable, aiming for high level of quality in all tasks and act as a partner of choice for the Businesses.
- Operations - Daily performance of Salsify publication operations in coordination with partner markets, IT and vendor, according to learnings overtime during the adoption of the tool, and the participation of creation and leveraging best practices during the scale and maintenance face.
- Perform business requests and deliver best in class engagement with Central and market Purina organization, as well be a key stakeholder for Global MSE team.
- Help to create the correct model for the next waves of rollout from business understanding.
- Monitoring and analysis of KPIs, present actionable insights to business. Capable to drive the correct level of conversation between different stakeholders to enable the organization for the next level of adoption of the technology.
- Maintain an efficient market satisfaction rate.
- Capable to connect and enable technologies and vendors through expertise in the tool and business knowledge for leveraging next generation technologies.
- Help to create the correct team spirit within the Hub and be part of the new global publication stream. Capable to enable others in the team as well externally in other NBS teams in the future.
- Perform issue management to resolve failures/oversights rooted in tools, stakeholders, and/or e-retailer platforms
- Conduct governance calls with the Business to run through the KPIs and SLA, volumes, issues and resolutions, updates impacting the service, process improvement (weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly)
- Transition market/service projects and onboard Businesses as part of the service expansion of the team

- University Degree in Digital Marketing, Digital Technologies or related fields

The Digital Commerce Specialist will join the Digital Commerce Services - Amazon Team. This person will be responsible in managing the back office of Amazon ensuring competitive inventory sufficiency of Nestlé in the vendor's website. The specialist will closely collaborate with Business/Brand Managers, Key Supply Chain Managers, eCommerce Managers, Zone Champions, and Global Amazon Acceleration Team.
Focus will be on quality and deadlines, ensuring standards and Nestlé guidelines and eRetailer channel requirements are respected for each deliverable, aiming for high level of quality in all tasks and act as a partner of choice for the Businesses.
The specialist will be supported by Global Amazon Acceleration Team to deliver daily Center of Scale activities:
- Monitor the inventory sufficiency of Nestlé products in Amazon vendor through reporting
- Gather insights and analytics on the ASINs of the Business based on the Amazon Catalogue
- Reconcile unavailable ASINs from the Amazon inventory through ticket resolution
- Report unauthorized third-party sellers to secure lost sales of the business
- Investigate Andon Cord cases reported by the Business and suggest recommendations
- Run periodic report through unavailable ASINs due to insufficient physical inventory
- Create report for ASINs that are live but lost the buy box
- Proactive collaboration with the business to identify key opportunities to evolve the scope or identify additional activity
Digital Commerce Specialist is also responsible to:

About the Role
As the retail environment becomes increasingly digital, we are focused on enhancing how our brands connect with consumers through digital commerce channels. We are looking for a Retail Media and Data Specialist to drive strategy and execution of digital retail media to unlock exponential growth of our omnichannel business and deepen online penetration across our sales channels.

Key Responsibilities/Focus Areas
1. Omnichannel Business Partner and Retail Media Operations
- Translate brand, digital commerce, and customer priorities into media executions and joint customer retail media business plans that drive conversion across digital retail platforms, including but not limited to quick commerce, retailer delivery apps and web shops, social media ad solutions, and retailer loyalty programs.
- Act as a key liaison between Brand Marketing, Media, Shopper/Customer teams, and Retailer Media Networks.
- Develop customer-specific digital media briefs in collaboration with brand and dComm teams.
- Collaborate with retailer media networks to shape ads product development, participate in beta testing, and evolve measurement capabilities.
- Support the development and implementation of measurement and test & learn roadmap with CMI and retail media teams.
2. Execution Powerhouse
- Lead the end-to-end execution of digital retail media campaigns, including on-site display, sponsored search, and off-site programmatic media.
- Manage all aspects of campaign planning, agency briefing, creative approvals, go-live processes, and performance optimization.
- Consistently track and report campaign success metrics (e.g., ROAS, CTR, CVR, SOV) and ensure outcomes are aligned with business objectives.
- Ensure 100% perfect store online compliance of all digital storefronts of retailers, brand safety, viewability standards, fraud protection, and compliance protocols are maintained.
- Set up the local team's retail media knowledge bank and playbook and help standardize processes, templates, and ways of working in collaboration with media agencies and global teams.
3. Capability Building & Education
- Act as the expert for internal teams and external customer stakeholders on digital retail media and platform capabilities in your market.
- Contribute to knowledge-sharing forums and promote a culture of data-driven experimentation.
- Share local best practices and test-and-learn insights to influence broader dComm strategy and planning.
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in digital media, retail media, or performance marketing, ideally within FMCG, retail, or agency environments.
- Familiarity with major retail media platforms (e.g., Meta Ads, CitrusAd, Criteo) and campaign management tools.
- Experience in managing or supporting the execution and reporting of performance-driven media campaigns
- Sound understanding of digital marketing metrics, consumer journeys, and eCommerce ecosystems.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and extract actionable insights.
- Strong organizational and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and digital reporting tools.
