- Manage and deliver digital marketing projects end to end without the need of management supervision through effective utilisation of resources

Job Purpose
The Marketing Operations Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operational functions of the department. About the Role
We are looking for a Marketing Supervisor to lead our Marketing Services and Creatives team. This role plays a key part in developing and executing marketing strategies, managing promotional activities, organizing events, and ensuring the delivery of impactful marketing reports. You will also oversee creatives, sales incentive programs, partner collaborations, and customer communications while supporting the growth of the Association.
What You'll Do
- Lead and manage the marketing and creatives team
- Develop and implement marketing strategies, campaigns, and events (e.g., sales conferences, caravans, incentive programs)
- Monitor sales incentive drives and spearhead online/onsite awardings
- Collaborate with suppliers, dioceses, parishes, and travel agencies for marketing initiatives
- Oversee design and production of marketing collaterals (photos, videos, interviews, campaign items)
- Manage customer communication across channels (email, phone, social media)
- Conduct market research, analyze competitors, and provide insights to improve strategies
- Prepare and distribute marketing and salesforce reports regularly
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
- At least 2 years of experience in marketing, sales, or administrative roles (experience in Mortuary Services is a plus)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
