What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, economics, statistics, data science, Information Technology or another related field required
  • Proven minimum 3 years of experience in web analytics, digital marketing analytics, or a similar role. Or at least 5 years experience in the field of general analytics, with exposure to analytics infrastructure and end-to-end development (dashboards, automation)
  • Proficiency in web analytics tools (eg Google Analytics 4, Abobe Analytics, Looker Studio, Semrush) or other analytics tools
  • Familiarity with SEO, SEM and online marketing strategies is a plus
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge in Excel. Can build Excel reports and dashboards from the ground up. VBA/Macro programming is a plus.

Requirements

Must-Haves

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, including 3+ years in a SaaS leadership role.
  • Proven track record in scaling demand generation and digital growth.
  • Strong leadership with experience managing small, high-impact teams.
  • Strategic yet hands-on—comfortable executing campaigns while driving vision.
  • Exceptional communicator and storyteller, simplifying complex SaaS products into compelling narratives.
  • Data-driven mindset with expertise in HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and related tools.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments with agility and adaptability.

Preferred

  • Background in analytics, BI, or data-focused SaaS.
  • Knowledge of the Australian SaaS market and experience scaling globally.
  • Experience in building customer advocacy or thought leadership programs.
