Principal Duties:

Develops and articulates effective and innovative marketing strategies that are executable, easily communicated, and clinically supported for areas of responsibility (product/indication/channel). Demonstrates ability to segment a market, select optimal target segments and position effectively for the target segment.

Develops an effective Marketing strategy that will differentiate Abbott among consumers and patients at the point-of-sale, and foster brand preference and loyalty.

Improves quantitative analytic skills, and utilization of customer insights capability of the team

Effectively manages the creation of high impact promotional material that supports strategic objectives. Appropriately manages full marketing budget. Continually evaluates and applies knowledge of the effectiveness (share impact/ROI) and efficiency (expense control) of promotional tactics. Effectively manages projects to deliver high quality work in a timely fashion (meets deadlines). Ensures that regulatory and legal guidelines are followed.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • Master's degree or MBA is an advantage.
  • Minimum 8–10 years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business goals into actionable marketing plans.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in building and managing high-performing teams.

What you'll be doing:



⦁ Market (including competitive products) and user research, analysis, and study; responsible for the marketing of the company's sports products (including agent recruitment, channel promotion, etc.)

⦁ Manage the team and execute, be fully responsible for the team's daily work, and report project progress to superiors in a timely manner;

⦁ Responsible for coordinating and managing various internal and external resources, and implementing planning goals;

⦁ Understand and discover customer needs, plan and execute various activities

⦁ Developing and implementing comprehensive marketing plans to promote our products and services

⦁ Overseeing the creation of compelling marketing content, including digital campaigns, print materials, and other brand assets

⦁ Managing marketing budgets and resources to ensure efficient and effective utilization

⦁ Analyzing marketing data and metrics to measure campaign performance and inform future strategies

⦁ Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and customer experience

⦁ Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to identify new opportunities for growth

⦁ Leading and mentoring a talented marketing team to achieve their full potential





What we're looking for:



⦁ Experience in agent recruitment or promotion in the sports or Vietnam/Thailand market, and those with domestic agent resources are preferred;

⦁ Experience in market work

⦁ Strong overall planning, execution and coordination capabilities, familiar with management/sales tactics

⦁ Extensive and proven experience in a marketing leadership role

⦁ Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels

⦁ Excellent project management and budget management skills

⦁ Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities

⦁ Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

⦁ Passionate about staying up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and technologies

⦁ Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

⦁ Excellent communication skills, proficiency in Chinese/Mandarin language is a must.
