**Position Overview**

- Report on key metrics, analyze and interpret trends and provide actionable insights based on available analytics data
- Analyze online user behavior, conversion data, customer journeys, funnel analysis and multi-channel attribution
- Spot opportunities to try innovative new methodologies and improve the analytical procedure.
- Work daily with analytical software including but not limited to Google Adwords, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics
**Required Skills**:
- Bachelor’s degree (Communications, marketing, business, or a related field)
- At least 7+ years of experience in related Digital Marketing areas
- Experience in change management, stakeholder management, and influencing people without authority
- Experience in managing B2B Digital Marketing projects and driving results
- Strong oral and written communication, interpersonal, presentation and organization skills.
- Ability to communication with all levels of staff, management, and senior leadership
- Proven ability to work in ambiguity
- Highly motivated to take ownership and drive initiatives with mínimal direction
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams of 3 or more high performing individuals
- Capacity to think strategically and innovatively
