What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, economics, statistics, data science, Information Technology or another related field required
- Proven minimum 3 years of experience in web analytics, digital marketing analytics, or a similar role. Or at least 5 years experience in the field of general analytics, with exposure to analytics infrastructure and end-to-end development (dashboards, automation)
- Proficiency in web analytics tools (eg Google Analytics 4, Abobe Analytics, Looker Studio, Semrush) or other analytics tools
- Familiarity with SEO, SEM and online marketing strategies is a plus
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge in Excel. Can build Excel reports and dashboards from the ground up. VBA/Macro programming is a plus.

● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or any other relevant course.
● Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn numbers into insights.
● Very proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and experienced with dashboards (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Shopee, Lazada, etc.).
● Familiarity with digital and traditional marketing KPIs (reach, engagement, conversion, ROI, ROAS, CAC, retention).
● Knowledgeable in e-commerce operations such as product uploading, shop management, and campaign setup.
● Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
● Organized, detail-oriented, and willing to assist with operational and campaign tasks when required.
