What You'll Do:
· Assist in building real estate strategies and consulting for small to medium size clients. Take part in strategic portfolio planning with stakeholders.
· Assist the business with Philippine market coverage and participate in a collaborative team.
· Contribute commercial and financial knowledge during strategy development, economic viability analysis, and presentations. Present property reports and studies on location, labor, and different real estate sectors.

Accountabilities:
+ Primarily responsible for processing companies which patent records/ information are in Japanese
+ Acts as Japanese Expert who is responsible in providing answers to Japanese-related patent questions coming from the Harmonization Team
+ Data Quality - Conduct in-depth internet research to achieve data quality in patents globally with additional focus on identifying, understanding, and accurately processing Japanese documents/ information
+ Identify patent ownership based on extensive research on corporate structure, M&A, Spin-offs, company name changes, and patent transactions
+ Conduct quality control measures to ensure data is highly accurate and reliable
+ Responsible for validating, updating and verifying customer information in the Harmonizer Tool
