+ Conduct time-motion studies as support to feasibility and new work initiative studies
+ Provide support in transition of current operational system to new digital platforms

  • Union & Labor Relations:
    Act as legal adviser in dealings with labor unions. Partner with HR and operations to ensure constructive union relationships and sound labor practices.
  • Contract Management:
    Review, draft, and negotiate commercial agreements related to operations, supply chain, procurement, and distribution.
  • Litigation & Dispute Resolution:

  • Prior experience in the FMCG or manufacturing industry preferred
  • Proven litigation experience and ability to manage external counsel
  • Solid leadership track record with people management responsibilities
