• Conduct routine inspections and testing of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, HACCP, GMP, and other food safety regulations.
• Monitor sanitation procedures, equipment cleanliness, and adherence to hygiene protocols.
• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation of test results and quality control reports.
• Identify and report any deviations from quality standards; recommend corrective actions.
• Assist in internal and external audits, including regulatory compliance checks.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Microbiology, Chemistry, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 1 year experience in quality control within the food manufacturing industry.
3. Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality management systems.
4. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
5. Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and leadership qualities in handling cross-functional teams and quality concerns.
