The Manufacturing Assistant is responsible for assisting in the production process particularly in gathering data for production reports, inventory monitoring, and executing specific transactions in SAP System such as PO receiving and move order transfer.

• Encodes production reports provided by manufacturing lines in SAP accurately.
• Gathers and checks process monitoring records before forwarding to superior.
• Maintains appropriate files for tracking batch records.
• Performs PO Receiving in SAP system.
• Executes Move Order Transfer of raw and packaging materials in SAP.
• Monitors and compares inventory of raw and packaging materials in the system versus actual.
• Performs other tasks assigned by the superior.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree program or course.
• Open to fresh graduates with internship/OJT experience in SAP encoding and inventory management.

Educational:

• Responsible for finding feed manufacturers who need additional volume capacity to be produced by Bulacan and Bukidnon plants.

Job Role:

• Increase plant capacity utilization | Bulacan & Bukidnon.
• Manage sales & purchase agreements.
• Manage purchase orders for all inbound raw materials of the feed manufacturers.
• Manage production, loading schedules & negotiate raw material prices.
• Manage credit usage & availability for the toll customer.
• Manage day to day production & loading services of the toll miller.
• Get final agreement & approval for toll mill services & prices.
• Coordinate with other departments for toll milling requirements & services.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of a 4-year course - Business, Engineering, Formulation
• Must have familiarity & sales experience in the Animal Feed Industry
• Must have a network of data sources within the industry.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
