Key Purpose:

Main Responsibilities:

Innovation/Renovation

• Identify and validate operational requirements for the implementation of new products or technology.
• Document the operating standards and procedures for production use or reference

Compliance

• Ensure that current technology is capable to sustain product compliance through statistical validation of process capability
• Explore alternative solutions to sustain product compliance in collaboration with product development specialist and other support services

Process Optimization – in collaboration with the Product Development Manager

• Leads process optimization with focus on improved conversion cost without compromise on product quality and safety or regulatory and environmental compliance.
• Drives problem solving activities for key technology issues
• Provides technical support for production during production problem solving
• Liaises with R&D on technology developments

Production Operation Job

• Supervision of different production mixing lines at any given time or as mandated by immediate superior
• Must sustain environment filled with team spirit among the members of various production line
• Responsible in maintaining Industrial Peace specially since our production plant is unionized
• Make sure all machines are in A-1 conditions and is set on its designed production capacity
• Ensure that production processes are running efficiently and effectively, identifying and addressing any bottlenecks or issue that may aris
• Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure products meet established standards and specifications
• Strict implementation of HSE policies
• Total overall control of the people under his supervision

Machine Maintenance

• See to it that machines are well maintained and any needed repairs are communicated to Engineering/Maintenance on time.
• Ensures the availability of all packaging materials

Safety, Health & Environment

• Initiate, conceptualize and implement new safety and health programs
• Implement all safety and health policies indicated in the safety and health manual.
• Maintain at all times cleanliness and orderliness of the working area.
• Instill discipline among production workers.
• See to it that all company rules and regulations are properly implemented
• Give timely disciplinary actions to erring production workers.

PROCESS ENGINEERING

• Leads problem solving and root cause analysis on process mixing concerns
• Develops and deploys corrective and preventive actions plans to resolve and mitigate process mixing problems

• Bachelor of Science degree in (in order of priority) Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Mechanical Engineering,

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive and oversee Lean initiatives focused on enhancing process efficiency and delivering lasting improvements.
• Apply Lean methodologies and tools such as Value Stream Mapping, 5S, and DMAIC to assess and streamline operations.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to promote a mindset of continuous improvement and embed Lean principles into daily practices.
• Provide guidance and training to team members on Lean strategies and effective implementation techniques.
• Perform ongoing process evaluations to ensure alignment with Lean standards and uncover additional areas for optimization.
• Coach site leadership teams—including supervisors and coordinators—on OMS practices and leadership behaviors.
• Facilitate training and workshops on process adherence, performance management, and continuous improvement.

• Hands-on experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong coaching, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with performance management tools and data dashboards is an advantage.

• Process Analysis & Mapping: Assess current operational workflows, collect data, and identify inefficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunities.
