  • Experience in Mattress or Furniture Manufacturing industry is highly desirable
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and safety standards.
  • Proven leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma certification is an advantage.
