- Experience in Mattress or Furniture Manufacturing industry is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and safety standards.
- Proven leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma certification is an advantage.
