Job Summary
The Plant Manager will oversee and manage the full operations of the dairy processing plant and related farm plant facilities, ensuring efficient, safe, compliant, and cost-effective production. The role includes responsibility for production, quality control, maintenance, staff, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all aspects of plant operations (dairy processing, packaging, refrigeration, etc.).
- Develop, implement, and monitor production schedules, ensuring alignment with demand forecasts from Marketing.
