The Opportunity

What You Will Do

• Facilitate Critical Communications & Approvals: Coordinate with department/section managers/heads for necessary documents (e.g., for ETQ, routing, filing, review, revision, approval). Liaise with Maintenance Store, Purchasing, and Maintenance personnel for immediate processing, approvals, and delivery of emergency parts for production lines or down machines.
• Coordinate External Technical Support: Coordinate with machine suppliers or Field Service Engineers to secure necessary support for resolving major machine breakdowns and addressing technical inquiries.
• Manage Procurement & Supplies: Coordinate with Assembly Maintenance personnel for materials needed for procurement/raising purchase requests, including office supplies, batteries, inks, and other items.
• Support Audits & Budgeting: Coordinate with department/section managers/heads for reports and presentations required for internal and external customer audits. Assist in coordinating the final budget submission to the Assembly Operations Director and Finance.
• Handle Administrative & Office Support: Facilitate routine activities such as the in-and-out routing of department/section managers/heads documents. Organize and file important department/section documents and records (both hard and soft copies). Prepare photocopies/softcopies of all documents as instructed. Prepare, distribute, and follow up on memos, letters, and other written communications or emails.
• Manage Manpower & Visitors: Update manpower records and report to HR as needed. Receive and relay important telephone calls and messages, and meet/entertain visitors, escorting them as required. Handle reservations and bookings for technical training rooms.
• Drive Continuous Improvement: Initiate and suggest modifications and system changes to improve the performance, effectiveness, and efficiency of your duties as Assembly Maintenance Assistant Coordinator.

What Will You Bring

• A graduate of any 4-year course, preferably Business Administration, Computer Science, or Business Management.
• Preferably at least 1 year of experience as Technical Support Admin personnel in a semiconductor industry.
• Literate in the use of computers and Microsoft Office applications

· Quickly adapt and learn the assigned process, focusing on start-up and operation of SPH.

· Provide crucial support for the QMS and EMS certifications of SPH.

· Adhere to general requirements regarding attendance, code of conduct, and company policies.

· Perform assigned processes following Work Standards (WI) and Model Standards (MS), conducting quality checks during start-up and/or model changes to meet target output.

· Promptly report and seek assistance from supervisors when abnormalities occur in production.

· Accomplish daily working time reports and submit properly filled-out production check sheets to the Supervisor.

· Conduct monthly inventory tasks.

Support and participate in companywide programs such as 6S and QMS audits.

Qualifications:

· High school graduate or with a vocational course.

· Minimum of 1 year experience in electronic manufacturing setup as a production operator.

· 20/20 vision and not color blind.

· Skills in operating and maintaining production machines, tools, and jigs.

· Adherence to Quality Management System and Environmental Management System.

· Possess good moral character.

JOB SUMMARY

Assume the responsibility to Supervise the production line leaders and operators in following the procedural workflow of production. Ensures that in terms of Safety, Quality, Productivity and Customer Requirements is being followed in accordance of Company Policy

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure that the line leader's delegation of work is correct based on the plan provided
• Ensure that the set target given in the Production Schedule is being met and make immediate action if there is a problem encounter
• Responsible in updating the status of production line, problem encounter etc.
• Analyse and trouble shoot the problem in man, machine, method, materials together with the team ( QC, Production and Technical ) and facilitate to answer the QFR based on the gathered report.
• Provide initial technical report regarding problem encounter and counter measure
• Ensure that the ELSA has no mistake in all the requirements needed like thick mark, P.O. Control Number, Quantity of N.G., Good and signature.
• Ensure to check all production reports and all documents that is using in the production is compliance in ISO standard
• Ensure that the details of QFR is being check and properly fill up especially if its critical defect
• Evaluate all kinds of 4M and assess if that 4M is pass based on the requirements needed
• Execute the Management Policy based on the set target of the team
• Evaluate Leader's work based on their existing Job Description and guide line leaders for the goal of the team
• Support in the production line leaders work once encounter problem like absences
• Coordinate to all members of the team in any changes in the organization or rules.
• Coordinate to other Section involve for the delay of materials, quality issue and other problem that affect set goal.
• Conduct counselling especially for those person whose not following the rules and regulation of the Company and if needed make a report for the status
• Ensure that all needed production supplies/materials are readily available in production to avoid line stoppage
• Ensure that the inventory system is followed by all members and ensure the accuracy of each count and product status.
• Ensure that the Safety, 2's and 5's is being practice on the area
• Perform other duties related to process as maybe assigned by superior.
