Execute Manufacturing Process for Final Assembly according to ALV SW Standard. 1. Responsible for Manufacturing Process Final Assembly Line Set-up for New Programs, Serial Programs-Engineering Changes and other Process improvement Initiatives. 2.

1. Responsible in the implementation and compliance of Final Assembly CPS MPS. 7. Support in the generation of MES (Machine Equipment Specifications).

2. Responsible in the generation and maintenance of Process Flow and PFMEA according to ALV Standards and guidelines. 9. Responsible in the generation and maintenance of Standard Work Instructions (P1) according to ALV Standards and guidelines.

3. Responsible in Line Balancing to meet required Customer Demand/Requirements. 11. Responsible in Line Capacity Study to support volume fluctuations and Engineering changes.

Main Responsibilities:

Innovation/Renovation

• Identify and validate operational requirements for the implementation of new products or technology.
• Document the operating standards and procedures for production use or reference

Compliance

• Ensure that current technology is capable to sustain product compliance through statistical validation of process capability
• Explore alternative solutions to sustain product compliance in collaboration with product development specialist and other support services

Process Optimization – in collaboration with the Product Development Manager

• Leads process optimization with focus on improved conversion cost without compromise on product quality and safety or regulatory and environmental compliance.
• Drives problem solving activities for key technology issues
• Provides technical support for production during production problem solving
• Liaises with R&D on technology developments

Production Operation Job

• Supervision of different production mixing lines at any given time or as mandated by immediate superior
• Must sustain environment filled with team spirit among the members of various production line
• Responsible in maintaining Industrial Peace specially since our production plant is unionized
• Make sure all machines are in A-1 conditions and is set on its designed production capacity
• Ensure that production processes are running efficiently and effectively, identifying and addressing any bottlenecks or issue that may aris
• Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure products meet established standards and specifications
• Strict implementation of HSE policies
• Total overall control of the people under his supervision

Machine Maintenance

• See to it that machines are well maintained and any needed repairs are communicated to Engineering/Maintenance on time.
• Ensures the availability of all packaging materials

• Initiate, conceptualize and implement new safety and health programs
• Implement all safety and health policies indicated in the safety and health manual.
• Maintain at all times cleanliness and orderliness of the working area.
