Job Description
**Duties and Responsibilities**
+ Prepare assembly process WI and PFMEA for new product
+ Discuss with QE and Production to confirm the WI and PFMEA
+ Update the WI and PFMEA according to the requst of customer audit or quality improvement or EC etc.
+ WI training for operator in order to standardize the machine operation or process
+ Modify the tooling according to the request of customer or quality improvement or EC or efficiency improvement etc.
+ Complete and publish the revised tooling drawing in order to adapt for EC and improvement request
+ Cooperate with QE and Production to revise relatived documents (WI & PFMEA etc.) for customer audit
+ Cooperate with QE and Production to find the root cause and correct action for customer complaint in order to satisfy the customer
+ New assembly machine design and conditioning
+ Complete the design and conditioning for assigned new tooling to meet the project target and schedule
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering major or Electrical Engineering
+ 3 years engineering design related working experience
+ Be familiar with design tools such as Pro-E, AutoCAD, PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) and HMI (Human Machine interface).
+ Know quality five tools like FMEA, SPC, APQP
+ Integrity; Accountability; Communication; Outgoing
+ Ergonomic and lean manufacturing practioner.
+ Advance digital acumen, MES (Manufacturing Execution System) and traceability.
+ 3D Software knowledge (Preferably CREO)
+ Design concept preparation for any improvements/kaizen projects
+ New machine design concept review approval capability
+ New machine installation & execution in plant, etc.
**Job Overview**

+ Optimizing and standardizing stamping, modeling, assembly, and other processes within the manufacturing environment.
+ Designing and developing manufacturing process platforms and automation platforms

+ product development as well as optimization of existing products already in production.
+ Ensuring processes are running at an optimum level for maximizing quality and output levels.

precision optical products (binoculars)

Specific experience in binocular assembly is not required
. More than experience, we value a positive work attitude, willingness to learn and a background in assembly or manufacturing.
Full training will be provided for successful candidates.
Key Responsibilities:

- Handle and install small precision parts with care and accuracy
- Conduct visual inspections to ensure product quality
- Report defects or abnormalities to supervisors
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area
- Follow safety and quality control procedures
- Meet production schedules and targets
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
- Willing to work overtime and shift work if required
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Good eyesight (20/20 vision required; with or without corrective glasses)
- Excellent hand dexterity and fine motor skills
- Does not have sweaty palms
- Patience and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions carefully
- Team player with good communication skills
- At least 1 year of experience in assembly or manufacturing environment
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with consistent quality
Schedule:
