QUALIFICATIONS:

• 7+ years of architectural experience, managing projects from design through construction
• Proven US client project experience is required
• Familiarity with the International Building Code and commitment to staying current with codes and standards
• Strong expertise in Revit for design and documentation is also required
• Experience modeling with point clouds for as-built and design coordination
• Ability to produce high-quality renderings in Lumion
• Excellent communication skills, including comfort with video calls and remote meetings

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage client touchpoints throughout the entire project lifecycle from initial consultation to project completion
• Maintain real-time job costing and project tracking, providing weekly (moving toward daily) updates on project profitability and progress

• Follow up on pending quotes within 24-48 hours to maximize conversion rates and ensure clients have everything needed to accept proposals

• Manage communication bottlenecks and reduce reactive "where is my." inquiries from clients

The officer contributes by tracking progress, surfacing issues early, and recommending solutions that keep projects on time, within budget, and compliant with internal and external requirements.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Real Estate, or related field from a reputable university.
2. Strong academic or professional credentials; advanced coursework or certifications in project management, real estate, or related disciplines is an advantage.
3. Three (3) to five (5) years of relevant work experience, with at least two (2) years in land acquisition, real estate development, permitting, or related fields.
4. Demonstrated ability to coordinate and facilitate deliverables across functional teams (e.g., Legal, Document Control, Technical Services, Permitting).
5. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
6. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to escalate issues and propose practical solutions.

Deliverables:

This individual will coordinate the input of engineering, design, project control, procurement, contracts, estimating and construction functions for the various Projects being undertaken. The role will report to the Superintendent – Project Execution.

Key tasks and responsibilities:

• Promote safety health & environmental awareness in order to prevent injuries and/or damage.
• Ensure all incidents are reported via line management and ensure open communication is maintained for all HS&E information
• Assist the Superintendent – Project Execution in identifying resource skills and opportunities within the Project Execution team to execute tasks and act as the liaison with these resources to initiate and manage the Capital works being undertaken.
