• Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods
• Verify and document all inventor in and out of the warehouse
• Conduct periodic physical stock counts and reconcile with system records
• Support in the disposal process of obsolete inventory
• Scan and print mPINs for deliveries and product tracking (Track & Trace Tool).
• Ensure accurate tagging and matching of mPINs to respective items.
• Check Free-of -Charge (FOC) items and sample requests prior to dispatch
• Assist in packing, staging, and verifying shipments for delivery
• Stock count of inventories in both CP and Rice warehouses
• Maintain organized files and reports related to inventory and transactions.
• Assist in loading/unloading of goods
• Keep the warehouse area clean, organized, and safe.
• Support cycle counts and audits as required

Qualifications:

• College graduate
• Experience in warehouse or logistics operation preferred
• Basic computer skills (MS Excel, inventory systems)
• Attention to detail, dependable, and able to lift goods when needed
