III. JOB OBJECTIVE/S
The incumbent shall be responsible for development and management of productions schedules to meet target volume, cost and quality goals of the company
IV. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Coordinates with the Company Head, Sales Manager and Supply Manager for the projection of sales volume requirement, projected supply requirements, and on-hand inventory on a monthly basis.
2. Cascade the Sales and Supply projection to the rest of the Operations team in order to plan storage and product distribution/movement and initially address possible logístical concerns.
3. Coordinates with Logistics and Inventory supervisor regarding the consolidated and updated inventory record and spot checks actual inventory per port if tally with SAP system.
4. Oversees daily product movement and manual recording per shift.
5. Oversees timely encoding of incoming and outgoing transactions in SAP System and monitors the Inventory Audit Report.
6. Checks correctness of data encoding by counter-checking the supplier documents and approves pre-printed Receiving Report prepared by the Logistics and Inventory supervisor.
7. Checks and Approves SAP Generated-Freight Billing Summary through presentation of complete documentation and correct freight rates.
8. Analyses Tank Truck Performance of company-owned truck and 3rd party logistics partners as submitted by the Logistics and Inventory Supervisor
9. Checks if the sales and supply plan for the month is being followed and coordinate with the sales and supply department for concerns or assistance.
10. Witness and signs monthly ending inventory report per port for trade and non-trade products and ensure said quantity matches the ending inventory declared in the SAP System.
11. Responsible for analysis of variances/exceptions from root cause analysis, recommending of solution, pinpoint of accountability, imposing of penalty and prevention of re-occurrence.
12. Analyzes possible savings on freight, manpower, rental, and other operating expenses based on previous/current on-hand data for recommendation to the General Manager.
13. Handles official communication to 3rd party haulers, suppliers and client depot personnel regarding product and service related transactions
14. Prepares summary of incurred freight expenses for the month and submit to accounting for accrual during month-end.
15. Prepares monthly performance report of the department based on the KPI, gains/losses, on-hand inventory and other concerns.
16. Attends briefing/coordination meeting to discuss performance, concerns, and task schedule for the month.
17. Ensures timely submission of reports and other documentation.
18. Ensures safe operations and adherence to regulatory requirements
19. Observe Company Rules and Regulations
20. Performs other duties or task that may be assigned from time to time.
