Job Description:
Responsible for installation, diagnostics, maintenance, testing, repairs and replacements of residential, commercial and industrial air-conditioning, ventilation and refrigeration equipment and parts;
Works collaboratively with the Service and Maintenance Manager in responding to service calls in a timely manner;
Travels to various job sites and perform scheduled service and maintenance work effectively;
Documents all air-conditioning equipment upon arrival - make, model, serial number, type and complete job service report;
Diagnose diverse service issues, obtain any replacement parts, calibrate system to manufacturer's recommendations;
Assembles, installs, tests, and maintains electrical and computer control of air-conditioning units;
Uses refrigeration tools and diagnostic test equipment proficiently;
Reads and understands schematic diagrams of air-conditioning, electrical circuits;
Responds to trouble calls and customer complaints
Maintains proficiency by attending trainings, reading job-related materials, and meeting with others in area of responsibility;
Maintains safety, cleanliness and orderliness of work areas;
Completes paperwork in a neat, accurate, thorough and timely manner;
Provides high level of customer satisfaction;
Promotes and ensures adherence to ISO Quality Standards;

Qualifications:
Vocational diploma/graduate of TESDA NC II/TESDA certified air-conditioning and refrigeration course
With at least 2 years working experience in installation, troubleshooting and maintenance of residential, commercial and industrial air-conditioning equipment and controls
With current non-professional or professional driver license
Proficient knowledge and use of refrigeration tools and diagnostic test equipment
Working knowledge of all trade classifications including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, telecommunications and building management systems
Excellent customer service and diagnostic skills
Ability to work unsupervised
Ability to keep paperwork up to date including service reports, correspondence and billings
Ability to present technical information in one-on-one or group discussions
Ability to adapt to fast pace work environment
Familiar with ISO 9001:2015 standards
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Knowledge of the standard practices, equipment, materials, tools and terminology in Air-conditioning, Mechanical and Electrical contracting trade; thorough knowledge of storekeeping and warehousing using computer inventory system or manual record keeping.
Ability to diagnose faulty tools and perform minor repair. Comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos and ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding. Write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from co-workers, and/or supervisor. Ability to effectively present information to an internal department.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Regularly required to use hands to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms and talk or hear
Regularly lift and/or move objects 10-50 lbs occasionally lift and/or move objects that weigh more than 100 lbs.

Position Summary
Responsible in sustaining and maintenance of Automated Test Equipment on Production line, and set-up of additional fixtures needed by production. Validation of No Fault Found on the line and provide action.
Responsibilities
- Performs inventory and Qualification of Golden and Reference Samples used in the Production line.
- Sustaining and Maintenance of test setup.
- Attend test setup downtime at the production line.
- Provide Project/Innovation/System/Improvement
- Fabricate, wiring and setup additional test fixtures as needed by production personnel.
