Role Description

Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Maintenance Supervisor in encoding job orders, updating and monitoring preventive maintenance schedules, and preparing related documentation.
- Provide clerical and administrative support to ensure accurate record-keeping and smooth workflow in the maintenance department.
- Coordinate with maintenance personnel to track job progress and update task completion records.
