**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
1. Manages daily operations of the heavy equipment procurement, inventory management, and maintenance function.
2. Tracks the records, licenses, inspections, warranties, and service agreements for the organization’s equipment and tools.
3. Overseeing, planning, directing, and supervising the maintenance and repair operations of either single or multiple shops or facilities.
4. Minimizes organizational costs through product standardization and tracking.
5. Tracks equipment quality throughout the product's lifetime and makes recommendations for alternatives if needed.
6. Manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs.
7. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to the approved budget.
8. Guide and evaluate work performance of all EMD personnel/staff on a DAILY BASIS.
9. On-time submission of quotation for the equipment and machine needed as requested by the immediate superior
10. Prepare project billing to be approved by the VP on a regular basis as stated in the project agreement.
- Regular review of people management/allocation and budgetary/cost reporting.
12. Periodic assessment of current manpower set-up, skills, ability, and knowledge.
13. Responsible for planning and allocating all needed machines and equipment in all project sites immediately upon request by immediate superior.
14. Provide technical advice.
15. Assist in machine/equipment repair and assessment when necessary to meet deadlines.
16. Overall in charge of machine, tools, and equipment maintenance, rentals, repairs, and safekeeping.
17. In charge of planning and budgeting of yearly maintenance, repair, and spare parts stock inventory.
18. Identify, formulate and produce effective solutions to emerging problems
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Graduate of Mechanical Engineering or any Automotive related courses
- Must have 5 years and above relevant working experience
- High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability
- Able to work independently and willing to work in other locations if needed
- Able to lead the maintenance team
- Proactive, attentive to detail, has high-stress tolerance, practice integrity, and professionalism.
7. Extensive knowledge of equipment maintenance processes
**Salary**: From Php20,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Angeles City, Pampanga: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
