Works on solutions exercising independent judgment in developing methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results for the total program in concert with and at the direction of the Task Order Manager. Plans, organizes, directs, and controls the public work activities of the two sites.
Responsibilities

+ Responsible for all operations aspects of implementing the contract including personnel management, schedule management, data management, and other related operations and maintenance activities.
+ Responsible for providing logistical, supply, transportation, work controls and scheduling, and estimating to the Task Order Manager.
+ Directly oversee the various Trades: HVAC, Horizontal Maintenance, Carpenter, Plumber, Painters, Electrician, etc. Oversees a staff of approximately 30 personnel.
+ Oversee the implementation of work controls, scheduling, and resource allocation using Maximo and/or GCSS-Army, web-based tracking program.

i. Frequently deliver unit to client and test upon request.
j. Follow up overdue repair payments.
k. Update all the parts used from time to time to ensure the inventory of the parts.
l. Generate the excel file to make list of low in stock parts to be replenished.
m. Receive mails, Invoice, SOA (Statement of Account) etc. and forward to respective recipients.
n. Attend to the needs and request of Superiors especially with regards to repair.
o. Monitor all units that are due for calibration.
p. Ensure software of all purchased units are updated to latest before the delivery schedule and put necessary stickers for warranty purposes.
q. Keep the repair documents complete for transparency.
