- _Attend to stations concerns based on the schedule of maintenance supervisor_
- _Assess and repair Pump / Dispenser, Tire Inflator, Compressor and other Equipment._
- _Attend and participate on maintenance meeting and discussion_
- _Provide status report to Maintenance Supervisor on a daily basis_
- _Secure JO number from the maintenance supervisor prior the execution of the maintenance activities_
- _Provide field worksheet to the station and submit duplicate copy to maintenance supervisor for filing_
- _Submit maintenance expenses to supervisor on a weekly basis_
- _Provide liquidation report for every expense incurred in the job and submit weekly_
- _Conduct PMS for all equipment. Ensure stations are clean and free from hazards_
- _Drive the service vehicle_
- _Record inventoriable items used to the station. Maintain a log book in recording_
- _Record all activities with reference to the JO number_
- _Other works which may be assigned from time to time._
- _Provide support to Projects_
**Qualifications**:
- With background in construction and project management is an advantage

**Job Purpose**
Contributes to repairs and maintenance activity towards continuous machine and utilities operation, conforming to guidelines on safety, cGMP, food safety, and company rules and regulations.
1. Responsible for the maintenance and /or repairs of all plant equipment and auxiliaries to keep it in running condition.
2. Performs preventive maintenance repairs on all mechanical equipment.
3. Ensures verification of all calibration of instruments being used in the plant.
4. Responds immediately to repair calls from Production Supervisor or Maintenance/ Planning Supervisor and /or Production Operator.
5. Performs routine sound and visual check up on all running plant equipment to prevent machine breakdown
6. Informs the Maintenance Shift Supervisor, Maintenance Planning Supervisor and/or Production Supervisor on all matters affecting repairs and maintenance of equipment and other food safety related concerns.
7. Performs other maintenance jobs such as overhauling of machine, fabrication, welding, pipefitting, plumbing and other related work.
8. Contributes to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
9. Commitment and compliance in the food safety and quality policy of Foodcrafters Inc.
