Lubricants Supply Chain, Logistics and Warehouse Manager
Work Location: Pateros, Metro Manila
Key Responsibilities
Supply Chain
- Accountable for supporting the Business to timely deliver the distribution implementation plan in Philippines, within the assigned budget
- Manage logistics functions including shipping coordination, customs compliance, freight negotiations
- Accountable for resource planning, procurement of product and inventory management to reduce SLOB
- Responsible for supporting inventory management, product blending, freight optimization, product quality management and supply chain issue resolution.
- Develop and implement pragmatic procurement strategies and tactics based on regularly updated cost models, business requirement and supplier industry analyses.
- Conduct monthly capacity and performance analysis to align with customer requirements
- Oversee and monitor trade promotion schemes along with the sales team.
- Provide inventory reports MIS on a weekly/monthly basis for country head
- Ability to multitask and manage complex delivery schedules. Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure all operations meet quality and safety standards
- As part of sustainability, take responsibility for 'reverse logistics', such as the return of reusable pallets, collection of packaging for recycling, and the return of rejected or damaged goods
- Focus on continuous improvement (cost, process, controls) in the respective locations and regional basis and measure their effectiveness annually. Enabling proper documentation as per country guidelines and streamline the vendor evaluation process
Logistics & Warehouse Operations
- Develop and oversee implementation of receiving, storage, packing, and dispatch of lubricant products.
- Responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records through the use ERP systems, conducting regular cycle counts and physical stock audits, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring optimal space utilization with proper labelling and product identification.
- Analyse data and create reports for supply chain, logistics and warehouse activities.
- Support the team with vendor meetings and negotiations for warehouse, blending plant, packaging, loading & freight agents as required
- Monthly / Quarterly (reviews) monitoring of volume, product mix and margins of respective distributors. Process orders and manage inventory levels to ensure product availability.
- Help drive operational and process efficiencies in the respective warehouse.
- Optimize transportation costs and delivery schedules while ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Manage inbound and outbound transportation, including coordination with freight providers, customs agents, and distributors.
- Analyze operational processes and identify opportunities for cost savings, process automation, and increased efficiency.
- Implement and monitor safety protocols (PPE, spill control, fire safety, etc.) and conduct safety audits.

- Professional experience of 5-10 years, with relevant functional Lubricant industry experience
- Read, write and speaking ability of English
- Strong understanding of lube sector processes

Project and Contracts Management
