What You´ll Do
- Prepare, distribute, and ensure timely delivery of reports tailored to meet the business requirements of Henkel's global supply chain
- Lead efforts in standardizing and improving reporting processes while investigating and resolving any issues related to report creation
- Maintain high data quality standards across all reporting activities to support informed decision-making
- Regularly update ISO documents, including desktop procedures and compliance-related documents, to reflect current processes.
- Provide support for processes related to both reporting and transactional tasks, contributing to operational excellence
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management/ Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, IT or other relevant courses
- Preferably with a minimum of one (1) year related work experience in Transfer Pricing, Planning Support and Reporting
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint), Power Query, and Power BI is required

As a Logistics Planning and Operations Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our supply chain processes, ensuring that material management aligns seamlessly with our organization's operational goals. Your expertise in generating insightful reports and managing purchase requisitions through ARIBA will help streamline procurement activities, driving efficiency and accuracy within the supply chain. You'll be part of a collaborative team that encourages knowledge sharing and proactive problem-solving. Reporting directly to your supervisor, you will act as the Subject Matter Expert, providing critical analysis and support to your colleagues across departments. What you´ll do- Generating Supply Chain reports, orders and Scheduling Agreements
- Creation and monitoring of ARIBA purchase requisitions/orders
- Generate supply chain and operational reports
- Development and maintenance of Excel VBA macro solutions
- Act as the point person or Subject Matter Expert (SME) in assisting colleagues in handling analysis, ad hoc requests, and resolving inquiries from counterparts
- Support to improve the accuracy, quality, and consistency of data; Conduct root cause analyses and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Handle other related duties that may be assigned by superior
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering /Business /IT
- Minimum of two (2) years relevant experience in Supply Chain Management Proven experience with order/data processing and analysis
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint) is required
- Intermediate to Advanced knowledge in using Excel VBA; Power BI and SAP Scripting is a plus
- Analytical skills are required; Experience with Continuous Improvement or project management is preferred
- Must have good English communication skills and experience in handling multinational stakeholders
- Amenable to work on a mid-shift schedule (3:00 PM to 12:00 AM), and report on a hybrid work set-up in Ayala Avenue, Makati
