- Participate in the development and implementation of goals, objectives, policies, and priorities of the organization with regard to the logistic management
- Select, train and motivate evaluate assigned personnel
- Direct and review work plan for the logistics department
- Implement appropriate safety guidelines and investigate injuries or unsafe conditions
- Performs the planning, oversight management and coordination of logistics support operations and worflow
- Implement discipline and termination procedures
- Prepare and present staff reports and other correspondence as appropriate and necessary
- Discover new trends and innovations in the field of logistic to improve the delivery efficiency of the company
**Qualifications**:
- With 2-3 years prior work experience as Logistics Operations Manager
