**Job Overview**
TE Sensors seeks a proactive Logistics Analyst to drive logistics cost savings. This role partners with regional supply chain managers to identify optimization opportunities and leverage analytical and interpersonal skills. The Logistics Analyst will also collaborate with Finance on business cases and forecasting.
**WHAT WILL YOU DO:**
+ Accountable for the 1-3 year Logistics Savings Pipeline: managing active projects, prioritizing medium-term initiatives, and identifying long-term opportunities.
+ Collaborates with Supply Chain and plant leaders to drive projects from concept to realization.
+ Enables project success while ensuring accountability and fostering continuous improvement.
+ Partnered with finance on business cases and integrated the pipeline into forecasting, tracking monthly attainment, and identifying improvement opportunities with global teams.
+ Documents best practices for future pipeline growth.
**What your background should look like:**
+ Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in Supply Chain, Business, IS, or related field.
+ 5+ years experience in freight management, logistics, or supply chain planning (manufacturing/carrier preferred).
+ Proven project leadership with results.
+ Strong intercultural interpersonal skills.
+ Organized and methodical project management (ability to manage multiple projects).
+ Knowledge of freight optimization (packaging, consolidation, incoterms, mode/route, premium, negotiation).
+ Comprehensive understanding of supply chain planning, logistics, inventory, and forecasting.
+ Proficiency in master data management tools (e.g., SAP MDG).
+ Solid grasp of data governance, quality, and lifecycle management.

**Process improvement**: perform relevant UAT (User Acceptance Test) in the system to ensure the system works as intended. Review and improve process (if needed) to enhance effectiveness and efficiency
Ensure the procurement of product is correct in quantity and quality, the procurement terms and conditions as agreed with suppliers (delivery terms, payment terms etc.)
Ensure on time delivery from suppliers as per delivery schedules
Ensure smooth clearance of goods through availability of all relevant documents related to quality, country of origin, tax, shipping docs
Work closely with transport service providers to assure efficient and effective execution of processes, assists in obtaining necessary transport permits and codes and prepare proper transportation paperwork and import/ export documentation
Verify the accuracy of billing and documentation issued by the forwarders (KPIs, costs, etc.) and prepare transportation performances reporting. Ensure that the import, inbound, outbound and export documentation is properly managed and resolve operational issues
Supervise forwarders daily performance and cost. Control and monitor system interfaces with forwarders and supervise all transportation related plans and processes. Responsible for issues resolutions with the forwarders including service quality, claims (forwarder) etc
Support in back-office work to facilitate the smoothness of office activities Your background

Facilitate timely stock transfers between branches or designated locations, and coordinate logistics to avoid operational delays or stockouts.

B. Purchasing
Prepare purchase requests (PRs) and process purchase orders (POs) for approved store goods and packaging materials within 2 working days from replenishment notice.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor records, including price lists, delivery terms, and performance evaluations for strategic sourcing.
Coordinate with Inventory Staff weekly to monitor stock thresholds and schedule timely purchasing to avoid understocking or overstocking.
Receive and verify all deliveries against approved POs to ensure completeness, quality, and correct documentation, escalating issues to the General Manager as needed.
Submit monthly purchasing reports summarizing orders placed, supplier performance, lead times, and opportunities for cost savings or procurement efficiency.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field. < r>Minimum 2–3 years of experience in logistics, inventory, and purchasing functions. < r>Proficiency in using inventory management and purchasing systems.
Strong planning, coordination, and supplier negotiation skills.
Ability to work both on administrative tasks and field execution, with attention to detail and urgency.
