Our client is a PH-headquartered, as established with a humble objective of making a difference in the logistics industry. We constantly challenge ourselves to deliver logistics services more than what the industry can offer. While other logistics companies will only assign a single person to handle a certain shipment, the client will always assign at least two persons from Operations and Sales to tract and move cargoes to make sure our services will always be above the rest. While industry's average is about a week to process and release cargoes from the Customs/Port to the Client's warehouse. The client is known to complete the process in just 1 to 2 days if all the documents are provided to the clientahead of time.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- To continuously look for new Clients / potential Customers to secure more business and achieve the target of new clients each year set by the Management
- To continuously communicate, visit, deal with existing Clients to get new documents, shipments, business, and to get their continued support so that your sales targets are achieved.
- Provide existing and potential customers with quotations/rate proposals.
- Negotiate the terms of agreement with Clients in coordination and with knowledge of the VP-Sales and Operations and to close sales.
- Update the Clients on the status of their shipment, communicate with them if there are problems, documents to secure, process requirements and fees to be paid.
- Coordinate and/or assist the Declarants / Processors/ Operations Manager if there are problems encountered in the Client's documents or shipments
- Check the billings to Clients and compare them with Sales Quotes or previous agreements on the rates so that all Billings captures all billable transactions and are accurate.
- Coordinate with Operations to check if the shipments were properly delivered to Clients and that empty container/s were returned by Truckers
- Assist in the collections of Billings / Outstanding Accounts with the Client and to constantly remind the client to stick to the terms of payment.
- Prepares weekly Itinerary Report and Updates to the VP-Sales & Operations, the President with copy to HR & Admin Manager. Should there be changes in the Itinerary during the week, the change shall immediately be communicated.
- To constantly monitor Sales Amounts (GP) monthly so that required actions can be taken to catch up on sales shortage, if there is any.
- Gather market and customer information and provide feedback on buying and selling trends.
- Identify new markets and business opportunities and report to the superiors for evaluation and action.
- Communicates with Agents in origin regarding forwarding shipments and prepare cost analysis for the shipments.
- Assist in the collection of receivables from your accounts.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

**Must-have Skills / Qualification**:

- Bachelor's degree holder
- At least minimum of 2 years professional work experience as Account Executive or in any field of Sales
- Knows the process of Importing and Exporting
- Basic knowledge of Powerpoint, Excel, MS Word

**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**
+ Assist with the management of logistical requirements IAW Department of Defense (DoD) Supply Chain Material Management Policy, as defined by DoD Instruction ; Department of Defense Instruction Accountability and Management of DoD Equipment and Other Accountable Property; Secretary of the Navy Instruction (SECNAVINST) Personal Property Procedures and Policy; and United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) Directive 700-3 Special Operations-Peculiar (SO-P) Wholesale Supply Chain Management; and USSOCOM SO-P Major Funded Program (MFP)-11 Material Management.
+ Check, assemble, and process documents, and route materials and equipment for movement to correct locations or storage areas by using analogue means and automated equipment such as computer terminals and bar code wands to read, store, track, and prepare materials documentation.
+ Participate in and conduct scheduled inventories, briefings, and training events.
+ Participate in and conduct pallet/container loading, unloading, movement, and storage of material.

**Required Skills & Experience**
+ 4 years of experience, within the last 10 years, in property book management in a joint environment.
+ 4 years of experience within the last 10 years in utilizing CTE processes for expediting import / export in the Philippines.
+ 2 years of experience with SOF property management.
+ Must have a current DoD Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a DoD Top Secret clearance and eligible for SCI access.
+ Must have a valid US Passport.
