Job Summary:

• Handles all domestic and import shipment. Responsible in communicating with Clients and Shipping lines in processing received shipment/s.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Handles import/domestic/export shipments.

• Responsible for the endorsement of documents and releasing of Container Guarantee, Delivery Order and Release Order to the consignee's broker upon payment to CLI.

The ideal candidate will have a solid track record handling Full Container Load (FCL) and Less than Container Load (LCL) shipments across European trade lanes, as well as strong expertise in Bill of Lading documentation, customs clearance, and end-to-end freight coordination.

This role involves working closely with European shipping lines, customs agents, port authorities, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless movement of goods across borders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end FCL and LCL shipments within and beyond Europe, for both import and export operations.
• Prepare and manage shipping documentation: Bill of Lading, commercial invoices, packing lists, EUR.1 certificates, and other relevant paperwork.
