Job Description
Basic Qualifications:
- Graduate of a Bachelor's, Vocational, or Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related field.
- Must have at least 6 months of BPO experience as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) or Technical Support Representative (TSR).
- Open to graduates of any course with at least 6 months of experience supporting an e-commerce account in the BPO industry.
- Able to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical users.
- Strong customer service skills with a calm and professional demeanor.
- Willing to work onsite in Ortigas, Pasig City.
- Open to working on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Provide technical support to customers via inbound calls, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues for hotline agents, customer service centers, and onsite engineers.
- Create and manage trouble tickets for unresolved or recurring issues.
- Identify trends in technical problems and recommend solutions for continuous improvement.
- Prepare technical case summaries, conduct training sessions, and monitor the impact of system or application changes.
- Assist in evaluating warranty claims and provide guidance on verifying product authenticity.
