About the Role
We are looking for a Production Line Supervisor who will oversee the end-to-end production operations of our self-heating box manufacturing line — a product combining innovative food technology and smart packaging solutions. The successful candidate will lead the daily production flow, ensure adherence to process parameters, and uphold product quality and safety in every batch produced.
This role is ideal for someone with strong technical knowledge, leadership capability, and experience in manufacturing temperature-reactive or food-related packaging systems.
Scope of Work
- Production Operations Management
Supervise daily line operations covering assembly, packaging, and heating mechanism integration.
Ensure continuous production flow according to the approved production plan and schedules.
Coordinate with Production Planning & Control (PPC) to meet volume and delivery targets.
- Process Monitoring & Control
Implement and monitor process standards such as temperature control, sealing accuracy, and activation reliability of the self-heating component.
Ensure compliance with safety, cleanliness, and operational parameters in all production areas.
- Quality and Food Safety Assurance
Work closely with the QA team to ensure all self-heating boxes meet quality, food safety, and performance standards.
Conduct line checks and corrective actions for any deviations or non-conformances.
- Manpower Supervision
Lead, train, and supervise line operators and assemblers to maintain efficiency and discipline.
Assign daily manpower and ensure proper skill deployment per station.
- Equipment and Maintenance Coordination
Monitor the performance of production equipment and coordinate with the Maintenance Section for preventive and corrective maintenance.
Ensure all machines are in optimal condition for safe and efficient operation.
- Material Handling and Inventory Coordination
Coordinate with the warehouse and material handling sections for timely issuance of raw materials and packaging supplies.
Ensure accurate recording and accountability of materials used per batch.
- Reporting and Continuous Improvement
Prepare daily production reports covering output, rejects, downtime, and efficiency.
Recommend process improvements to increase productivity and reduce operational waste.
Qualifications
Graduate of Mechanical or Civil Engineering (Licensed Engineer preferred but not required).
With 3 to 5 years of solid experience in manufacturing or production line supervision, preferably in:
Food manufacturing
Packaging or assembly plants
Temperature-reactive or heating technology-based products
Strong knowledge of production planning, line balancing, and quality assurance principles.
Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Willing to work on-site and coordinate closely with cross-functional teams (QA, Maintenance, Warehouse, and PPC).

Line Maintenance Operations Supervisor has the direct and functional authority over their subordinate in ensuring an efficient maintenance, repair and on-schedule performance of the customer's aircraft.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assures that the maintenance of the aircraft assigned is in accordance with the airworthiness standards prescribed by applicable civil aviation authority of the Philippines and other foreign CAA requirement, airworthiness directives, manufacturer's bulletins and aviation standard practices.
- Assign and monitor the aircraft maintenance activities including modifications, maintenance and repair of the aircraft, engines, APU and its accessories being performed by aircraft mechanics as appropriate to rating of the organization.
- Maintain a close liaison with the manager operations for all assigned activities especially aircraft out-of-service, scheduling, current status or those having potential or chronic complaints on a daily or weekly manner as required by the customer air carrier.
- Assures that all aircraft records are complete and accurate and functions assigned are per aircraft maintenance manual procedures.
- Coordinate with the manager-maintenance operations the ordering of parts, tools equipment for anticipated workloads.
- Responsible for the completion of the appropriate forms to comply with CAAP regulations and other requirements.
- Coordinate with the manager –maintenance operations on personnel requirement on present or projected workloads.
- Supervise the maintenance personnel to ensure that the work being performed and accomplished are in accordance with the CAAP regulations and company standards.

- Evaluate Leader's work based on their existing Job Description and guide line leaders for the goal of the team
- Support in the production line leaders work once encounter problem like absences
- Coordinate to all members of the team in any changes in the organization or rules.
- Coordinate to other Section involve for the delay of materials, quality issue and other problem that affect set goal.
- Conduct counselling especially for those person whose not following the rules and regulation of the Company and if needed make a report for the status
- Ensure that all needed production supplies/materials are readily available in production to avoid line stoppage
- Ensure that the inventory system is followed by all members and ensure the accuracy of each count and product status.
- Ensure that the Safety, 2's and 5's is being practice on the area
