We are looking for a Legal Intake Specialist to enhance case conversions through a voice-based intake system. This role primarily focuses on outbound calls, but may also involve handling inbound calls as needed, guiding potential clients through the intake process, and accurately capturing case details.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Make outbound calls to follow up on leads from marketing campaigns, online forms, or referrals.
  • Handle inbound calls as needed to support team collaboration and workflow continuity.
  • Adhere to a structured outbound script while building rapport and handling objections.
  • Consistently meet daily and weekly call volume targets and conversion benchmarks.
  • Accurately capture and update client information using CRM tools.
  • Manage rejections professionally and escalate qualified leads efficiently.
  • Provide clear and timely updates on availability, performance blockers (e.g., headset issues), or missed targets.
  • Participate in coaching sessions and apply feedback proactively.
  • Maintain transparency and accountability in daily work logs and call quality.

Requirements

  • Law fresh graduates, paralegals, or candidates with experience in customer service, legal intake, or call centers are welcome.
  • Strong sense of accountability - reliable with schedules, updates, and response times.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Open to coaching, quick to apply feedback, and resilient under pressure.
  • Must be able to operate with consistent internet connection and functional equipment (headset, PC).
  • Flexibility in handling campaign shifts based on business needs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Support the Branch Manager, Supply Chain Manager, Project Manager, and Vendor team members in all aspects of day-to-day operations to ensure that the day-to-day supply chain business results are achieved. Ensure all material requisition orders, regular sales orders, and transfer warehouse orders are fulfilled on a regular basis. Assist, support, and provide backup coverage for all Supply Chain team members. Understand and execute all Supply Chain activities such as stock take, inventory accuracy in allocation and consumption, material demand, and purchase order. Assess and manage inventory levels to ensure continuity of supply. Liaise with project managers, vendors, and suppliers to ensure materials availability. Communicating with vendors about order status, shipping details and other concerns. Respond to all vendor inquiries in a timely manner. Coordinating with Operations Team in Vernon – Logistics, Shipping & Receiving, Production, and QC. Communicating with Customer Support. Managing excel logs, documentation, and claims. JOB TITLE: Administrative Compliance, Audit and Intake Officer

Industry: NDIS

Employment type: Part time to start; 25 hours per week.

Rate: 8AUD/hour

The Compliance, Audit, and Staff/Client Intake Officer is responsible for ensuring that the company adheres to all NDIS regulations and standards including Module 2A. This role involves conducting internal audits, managing compliance processes, and overseeing the intake process for new clients/participants and Disability Support Workers. The officer will work closely with various teams to maintain high compliance standards and streamline the client intake procedure.

Responsibilities:

Monitor and ensure compliance with all relevant NDIS standards, guidelines, and regulations. Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures. Provide training and support to staff on compliance matters. Conduct regular reviews and updates of compliance documentation. Plan and conduct internal audits to assess compliance with NDIS requirements. Identify areas of non-compliance and work with relevant teams to develop corrective actions. Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to senior management. Follow up on audit recommendations to ensure implementation and effectiveness. Oversee the client and Support Worker data intake process, ensuring it is efficient and client-focused and that work plans are developed and in place for others to follow in the future. Conduct initial assessments and gather necessary documentation from new clients and Support Workers. Collaborate with service delivery teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients and workers. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in compliance with NDIS guidelines. Address any intake-related issues and provide solutions to improve the process.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a compliance, audit, or intake role, preferably within the NDIS or healthcare sector. Thorough understanding of NDIS standards and requirements including the reporting of authorised and unauthorised Restrictive Practices - Module 2A. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to be flexible with administration task requests Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient to high level use of English (spoken and text) Proficiency in using compliance management software (ShiftCare) and Microsoft Office Suite
