Job Responsibilities:
1. Shall be in charge of the documentation, filing and monitoring of Airspeed’s and affiliates’ corporate legal documents.
2. Shall assist in the processing, monitoring and/or coordinating with other departments re corporate compliance requirements.
3. Shall assist in coordinating with the Corporate Secretary and Legal Counsel and filing and monitoring of Sec Certs, Board Resolutions, etc.
4. Shall ensure proper and timely filing of corporate compliance documents (SEC, BIR, Mayor’s Office etc).
5. Shall ensure proper routing, monitoring and filing of internal documents for signature/notary.
6. Other functions as needed/in relation to legal and compliance.
Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
