**As our Web Developer, part of your responsibilities will be**:
Ensure that all documents are properly prepared, executed, tracked, logged and stored.
Ensure that all members of the team are properly informed of meetings.
Create and implement a documents administration system.
Coordinate with the Legal Team and members of the Leadership Team for the execution, signing and notarization of contracts.
Draft/prepare simple and legal documents.
Assist in the scheduling of team meetings and the collation and preparation of presentation materials.
Ensure the efficient and effective delivery of legal and related service within the Kumu Group to accomplish its OKRs and priorities.
Perform other related duties as may be assigned from time to time.

**We'd love it if you have/Are**:
College Graduate in any field of education
+ 3 years of relevant work experience as a legal assistant or legal secretary in a reputable law firm or Legal Services Department of a corporation is an advantage.
Adeptness in preparing presentation materials and familiarity with useful tools/software is an advantage.
Excellent written and oral communication, document management
Have good attention to detail

How You Spend Your Eight Hours

  • Handle all bankruptcy, workforce, estate, skip tracing, and dismissal accounts and correspondence.
  • Manage assigned dispositions and maintain updated account notes in the system (FACS)
  • Assist in preparing legal suits, court forms, and other legal documents routinely, including e-filing as needed
  • Process incoming and outgoing legal correspondence, including scanning and entering court returns
  • Prepare account dismissals for fully paid accounts
  • Operate independently while adhering to established guidelines and standards
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all activities
  • Collaborate effectively with various staff levels and departments to ensure seamless processes and contribute to the company's success
  • Exemplify the organization's mission, vision, and core values in all professional interactions
  • Respond to customer inquiries, escalating complaints to management when necessary
  • Perform additional tasks and duties as assigned by management

What You Must Possess

  • High school diploma
  • Proficiency with Windows-based software, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and basic PC operations
  • Ability to perform basic math calculations and type while speaking on the phone
  • Strong verbal communication, proper grammar, and professional telephone etiquette
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, professional attitude, and composure in high-pressure or confrontational situations
  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to build positive relationships with coworkers
