Job Description
- Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for the development of the lead generation program and sales lead campaigns for the venture’s products. This position will play a crucial role in creating, implementing and reinforcing best practices and procedures to make lead generation discipline and the Sales/Account Services team successful.
**Responsibilities**:

As the lead generation specialist, you will report directly to the Senior Inside Sales, and you will be primarily concerned with increasing the number of qualified leads handed over to sales, and subsequently the new pipeline. You will play a critical part in our business to identify new prospects, execute an omnichannel engagement strategy, participate in account-based marketing initiatives and work alongside marketing to nurture prospects. - Qualifying outbound leads to educate, qualify and uncover needs that match Penbrothers’ solutions
- Adopt a consultative approach to ask the right questions to prospect needs
- Conduct research as needed on countries, industries, companies, functions, contacts, as needed to develop value messaging and calling script to specific lead generation campaigns
- Building pipeline with channel partners and team members to close sales
- Maintain detailed documentation and analysis of leads in HubSpot
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree
- Ideally experience in qualifying inbound and outbound leads
- Ideally, has experience in managing end-to-end sales process from lead to close won
- Exceptional interpersonal skills. Able to liaise with different stakeholders to achieve the desired outcomes
- Familiar with CRM platforms, ideally HubSpot, and prospecting tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha and/or similar tools
