**Job Summary**:

- Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for the development of the lead generation program and sales lead campaigns for the venture’s products. This position will play a crucial role in creating, implementing and reinforcing best practices and procedures to make lead generation discipline and the Sales/Account Services team successful.

**Responsibilities**:

- Works closely with commercial and marketing teams to maximize sales with clients and partners
- Provides assistance on marketing campaigns by raising awareness including follow up calls
- Source sales leads from various channels (online, events, client referrals etc).
- Coordinates with various functions to maximize the potential of leads generation
- through marketing efforts, knowledge sharing sessions, events, etc.
- Plan and execute the overall lead generation strategy using both traditional and out-of-the-box methods

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Up to 2 years of work experience in inside sales, leads generation, and leads
- Prior experience in Salesforce but not mandatory
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong command of English and Filipino
- Logical, accurate and detail oriented
- Able to work in a fast-paced, agile environment
- Has great organizational abilities
- Has experience creating audience segments and developing marketing campaigns that deliver a targeted message and create affinity with brands

**Preamble**

As the lead generation specialist, you will report directly to the Senior Inside Sales, and you will be primarily concerned with increasing the number of qualified leads handed over to sales, and subsequently the new pipeline. You will play a critical part in our business to identify new prospects, execute an omnichannel engagement strategy, participate in account-based marketing initiatives and work alongside marketing to nurture prospects. You will be responsible for identifying marketing material needs.

As the lead generation specialist, you will be key to our growth and success. You will be responsible for executing the lead generation strategy, qualifying prospects and ultimately booking appointments for the sales team that lead to opportunities in the pipeline. These leads will both be inbound leads through various online and offline channels as well as outbound leads researched and sourced by you.

**Responsibilities**
- Qualifying inbound leads from digital campaigns, marketing initiatives, events, trade shows, etc. to convert them into opportunities for designated salesperson
- Qualifying outbound leads to educate, qualify and uncover needs that match Penbrothers’ solutions
- Adopt a consultative approach to ask the right questions to prospect needs
- Conduct research as needed on countries, industries, companies, functions, contacts, as needed to develop value messaging and calling script to specific lead generation campaigns
- Building pipeline with channel partners and team members to close sales
- Maintain detailed documentation and analysis of leads in HubSpot

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree
- Ideally experience in qualifying inbound and outbound leads
- Ideally, has experience in managing end-to-end sales process from lead to close won
- Exceptional interpersonal skills. Able to liaise with different stakeholders to achieve the desired outcomes
- Familiar with CRM platforms, ideally HubSpot, and prospecting tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha and/or similar tools
- Goal-oriented and competitive nature
- Exceptional in-person and online presence
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skill is a must
