Job Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Cold Outreach
Conduct outbound calls to potential residential and commercial customers across the UK.
- Introduce the company and explain the benefits of renewable energy and retrofit services.
- Qualify potential leads by gathering essential customer information, including:
- Property type and size
- Current heating system
- Insulation status (loft, wall, etc.)
- Energy consumption
- Interest in government grants (e.g., Boiler Upgrade Scheme)
- Use pre-approved scripts and checklists to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Maintain a steady pipeline of high-quality leads for the UK sales team.
Lead Coordination
Work closely with the UK-based 3-member conversion team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
- Ensure leads are properly documented, sent immediately upon qualification, and followed up on in real-time.
- Track lead ownership to avoid duplication and ensure accountability.
Facilitate seamless coordination between the Philippines lead generation team and the UK sales conversion team.
Reporting & Documentation
Maintain and update the CRM system with customer details, service type tags (Heat Pump, Solar, Boiler, Loft Insulation, Wall Insulation, Retrofit Solutions), and lead status updates.
- Prepare daily reports including: Total calls made, Leads generated, Leads passed to the UK team, Service breakdown by category
Submit weekly performance summaries, highlighting key results and areas for improvement.
Market & Customer Insights
Collect customer feedback and share insights with the marketing and operations teams.
- Monitor competitor activities and identify emerging trends in renewable energy and retrofit markets.
- Provide actionable recommendations to support sales strategy and market positioning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- 3+ years in sales, with a proven track record of success in lead generation, cold calling, and closing deals.
- Must have hands-on experience in using HubSpot CRM, including: Automating follow-ups, Tracking email engagements, Generating sales reports and analytics, Optimizing the sales pipeline through automation
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of renewable energy and home improvement markets.
- Ability to perform under pressure and meet sales targets and deadlines.
