The role will oversee a broad range of general corporate matters, contract review and negotiation, dispute resolution, document management and other legal activities with accountability for meeting timelines, budgets and project objectives.

• Assist the business teams in relation to the review and negotiation of legal contracts, from EPC and O&M contracts to JV agreements and debt financings;
• Provide strategic advice on key legal issues for Vena Energy's business in the Philippines;

• Review, standardization and maintenance of legal document templates;
• Conduct legal research where necessary;
• As may be needed, opportunities to work on regional APAC matters in Vena Energy's other countries.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• IBP member in good standing
• At 3-8 years experience in law firm and/or in-house corporate counsel
• With experience supporting major contracts such as EPC and financing agreements
• Experience in Renewable Energy or Energy law practice is a plus
