- The Laboratory Manager directs and coordinates activities of workers engaged in performing phlebotomy, clinical chemistry, immunology/serology, hematology, bacteriology, clinical microscopy, blood banking, histopathology, and drug testing.
- Administers effective work delivery of department personnel according to set rules and policies of the health facility
- Ensures the quality and accuracy of all examinations performed in the laboratory.
- Prepares work schedule for Medical Technology staff every week.
- Ensures implementation of Quality Assurance Program in the different sections of the laboratory by regular monitoring.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Registered Medical Technologist, ASCP or AMT
- Minimum two (2) years' experience as Chief Medical Technologist in a reputable healthcare organization and/or at least 18 units of Master's Degree
- Knowledgeable and experienced in overseeing the Laboratory Department, including inventory management, application of principles, documentation, supervision of subordinates, and procedural techniques.
