KAIZEN ENGINEER

Primary Function:

• He / She is expected to generate plan, implement and monitor effectiveness of the project. Render support and assistance within his/her section and others in achieving the overall company goals and targets.
• Responsible for generating plans, implementing, and monitoring to ensure the effectiveness of projects. Establishing motion improvements to reduce processing time without affecting quality.
• Support Company's wide cost reduction project.  Analyse and maintains capacity on assigned area as well as making plan and execution how to improve capacity.
• Conducts Motion and time analysis in target processes
• Conducts cost and benefit comparison for target projects
• Supervises Process Improvement associate
• Conducts Kaizen step 1 training to FSCT Employees, and promotes and execute Kaizen mind culture development.

Minimum Requirements:

• BS
  Industrial Engineering

Graduate
- At least two (2) years of work experience as Kaizen Engineer or CI engineer
- Computer Literate (Excel, Microsoft word, Power point)
- Knowledgeable to expert in Time and Motion study.
- Knowledgeable to expert in Kaizen methodologies, Continuous Improvement , productivity improvement activities
- Willing to be assigned in LISP 1, Cabuyao City, Laguna

What You Will Do

• Lead and deliver end-to-end improvement projects that increase efficiency and service quality.
• Manage the successful onboarding and integration of new services into the shared service center.
• Identify and implement process optimization opportunities using data analysis, stakeholder input, and best practices.
• Design process flows, write SOPs, and create training materials that are clear and actionable for front-line teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement sustainable, long-term solutions.
• Track project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement by coaching teams and applying LEAN methodologies.

What You Will Bring

• Proven experience in project management and continuous improvement, ideally in logistics or shared services.

Educational Background / Work Experience

• Minimum 6 years of experience in an international environment.
• At least 3 years of experience leading international projects with 10+ stakeholders.
• LEAN Six Sigma certification and hands-on project experience is a plus.
• In-depth understanding of international air and sea freight forwarding and logistics processes is beneficial.

Language Skills

• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Additional languages are a plus.

Technical Skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel and Office Suite skills.
• Experience with AI engineering tools and applications.
• Familiarity with Cargowise One is an advantage.

Plans and conducts inventory cycle count to resolve inventory discrepancies and to ensure the accuracy of physical and systems stocks. Reviews and reorganizes existing storage locations and promotes effective usage of bin boxes

THE DESIRED CANDIDATES:

College Graduate with at least 2 years relevant work experience in warehouse improvement system

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field

Experience with Kaizen, Lean manufacturing, or continuous improvement methodologies preferred

Proficient in MS Office applications

Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management OR SAP.

With driving skills and valid driver's license holder
