Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably with exposure to digital and field activities.

- Content Creation & Design
Create engaging marketing posters and promotional videos.
Edit videos and posters for campaigns, events, and digital promotions.
Capture and edit customer testimonial videos during market visits.
- Digital Marketing & Lead Generation
Plan and execute Facebook lead generation campaigns.
Call and qualify leads generated through campaigns.
Prepare lead summary reports and share them with the dealer sales team.
Track enquiries, follow-ups, and conversion updates to ensure timely closure.
- Social Media Management
Handle the company's Facebook page and other social media handles.
Post regular updates, campaigns, creatives, and customer engagement content.
Respond to comments/messages and maintain brand presence online.
Monitor analytics and suggest improvements to increase reach and engagement.
- Coordination & Communication
Coordinate with sales and dealer teams for campaign execution and lead handling.
Share leads promptly with dealer sales teams and update status regularly.
Prepare and circulate marketing bulletins and campaign updates.
Support dealer-level promotions and marketing activities as needed.
- Reporting & Analysis
Maintain records of leads, conversions, and campaign results.
Summarize lead performance and conversion rates for management review.
Provide regular reports to the Country Manager on marketing activities and outcomes.
- Market Engagement (Limited Travel)
Visit markets occasionally for customer testimonials, local promotions, and dealer support.
Collect market insights and customer feedback to strengthen campaigns.
Preferred Attributes
Experience in automobile, FMCG, or retail industry is an advantage.
Knowledge of CRM / lead tracking systems.
Experience in social media management with proven results.
Willingness to learn and adapt quickly to digital marketing tools and trends.
