JOB SUMMARY:
The Marketing Specialist assists the marketing team in day-to-day brand support, digital support, and communication development activities and deliverables. He/she spearheads brand tasks or B2B activities assigned to her and co-manages campaigns, events, and projects for the brands. He/she supports the digital marketing, collation of leads, and coordination with other departments. He/she is also expected to support in copywriting for recruitment and other straightforward and short-form content.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Brand Support:
- Day-to-day marketing activities—task updates, pipeline updates, developing briefs, and coordinating with the team and other departments based on marketing requirements.
- Spearhead the development of any assigned marketing collaterals, presentation materials and other artwork/content requirements while working with the creative team
- Uncover new marketing opportunities through various initiatives online or offline in the region
- Support B2B activities such as caravans, pop-up events, and targeted events in the region
- Build and maintain supplier relationships and networks
- Remain updated and and show mastery of the company's products, services, and newest technologies
Digital Support:
- Social Media Management: scheduling, posting, and coordinating for artworks to be posted on the company's social media platforms
- Community management: answering and engaging to messages and comments on social media based on agreed FAQs
- Emailer Marketing: building and scheduling of blasting, and post-blast report
- SEO & Website: coordinate with the agency to ensure timely postings of SEO-optimized blogs to the website, ensure all functions of the website are properly working, and do necessary updates from the assigned tasks
- Leads monitoring: Endorsing inquiries from social media and website to Sales/BD team
- Tracking inbound inquiries from all channels and consolidating them in a spreadsheet for ROI monitoring
- Clean up and updating contact list/database for email marketing
- Researching competitor activity online and offline
Communication Development Support:
- Copywrites assigned short-form content for social media recruitment, holiday posts, and always-on ads
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 1–2 years experience in marketing, digital, or brand support (or strong internship background).
- Skills in social media, email marketing, and basic SEO/website coordination.
- Good copywriting ability for short-form content.
- Strong organizational and communication skills; able to manage multiple tasks.
