- Preparing documents for a Civil Litigation Court Proceeding
*** What You Bring ***
- 5+ years of experience with Civil Litigation practices in Ontario
- Knowledge of which forms need to be prepared, filed and served
- 5+ years of experience with Rules of Civil Prodedure in Ontario - Canada
- 5+ years of experience filing documents in the Online Justice System platform for Ontario

- Part-time role
- $7.50/hr USD depending on experience

- At least 3 years of experience in handling labor issues.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills; organizational; and planning skills.
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
- Proactive and detail oriented.
- Background in overseas recruitment agency is preferred but not required.
