About the Team Our Trust & Safety team's commitment is to keep our online community safe. We have invested heavily in human and machine-based moderation to remove harmful content quickly and often before it reaches our general community. The Search Operations team aims to improve search user experience, contribute significant DAU impact to the products and drive for increase in traffic and GMV. Search recommendation is the shortcut to link queries to users through personalized recommendation strategy and algorithm. We endeavor to increase users' recognition and online traffic of the search query by closely working with product management and R&D teams, policy managers as well as data delivery teams to cover the whole operation process, including launching new markets, opening new portals, expanding the search candidate pool, optimizing recommendation strategies, stimulating search engagement and improving search user experience globally. It is possible that this role will be exposed to harmful content as part of the core role/as part of project/ in response to escalation requests/by chance. This may occur in the form of images, video, and text related to every-day life, but it can also include (but is not limited to) bullying; hate speech; child safety; depictions of harm to self and others, and harm to animals. What is your mission?
We are looking for a Paid Search Specialist to plan, manage, and optimize paid search campaigns that drive measurable performance. You'll develop keyword strategies, manage campaign structures, and oversee daily operations in Google Ads and Search Ads 360. This role requires analytical skills, attention to detail, and strong knowledge of SEM best practices to ensure budget efficiency, conversion growth, and alignment with client goals in a fast-paced digital environment.
You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:
- Develop keyword strategies and campaign structures to meet client goals
- Manage and optimize Google Ads and Search Ads 360 campaigns
- Track and adjust budget pacing to maximize ROI and performance
- Conduct weekly and monthly performance analyses and optimizations
- Identify automation opportunities to improve conversion and efficiency
- Generate detailed monthly and quarterly campaign reports
- Stay current on platform updates, features, and digital marketing trends
- Collaborate with account managers on SEM strategy and budget planning
Who are we looking for?
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Google Search Ads and Search Ads 360
- Experience working in a marketing or advertising agency environment
- Strong understanding of SEM strategy, bid management, and campaign optimization
- Proven ability to manage budget pacing and performance reporting
- Proficient in Google Ads Editor, Google Analytics, and Excel
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously
