Innovation Management: End-to-end project management of major innovation projects from ideation until execution and eventual turnover to the appropriate business unit.
With the help of the Customer Insights team, gather information, and insights and work with other stakeholders whether internal or external in order to develop innovative solutions to address Business Gaps and Business Needs.
Bring new products/ solutions to the Generika Network by monitoring technological trends and analyzing proposed product/ solution requirements anchored to identified priority needs; preparing return-on-investment analyses and business impact.
Market and Competitive Intelligence
Able to maintain current professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
Monitor macro-economic cycles, trends and triggers and understand potential implications
Monitor local regulatory policies, programs and initiatives, and analyze implications for the group
Regularly report on competitor performance and major moves (e.g. business models, technology solutions, products, acquisitions, investments, organizational changes) to identify potential opportunities and risks.
Supervision of work of Strategy & Innovation Specialist
Supervise, provide key guidance & feedback, and ensure proper handling of projects & staff activities by Strategy and Innovation Specialist.
Review and monitor work of subordinates such as presentations, reports, and records for accuracy of content.
Approval of work schedules fillings of subordinates which include official business, leaves, OT and log edits.

to support our growing Advisory line of business. This role will support the management of our Advisory team by driving overall strategy, ensuring clear and effective communication both internally and externally, optimizing operational efficiency, and fostering cross-functional collaboration.
The ideal candidate be a critical thinker, analytical, energetic, and possess strong attention to detail. Specifically, this role will require you to be technical savvy in Microsoft Suite products and create PowerPoint presentations, understand and uses data, and a power user to JIRA and confluence.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Partner closely with the management and create detailed and in-depth documentation such as presentations, plans, proposals, and reports.
- Support cross-functional projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment across departments and driving execution from inception to completion.
- Manage confidential data, including sensitive business, financial and personnel information.
- Manage product meetings, including agenda setting, presentation preparation, and follow-up.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, competitor activities, and industry dynamics to inform strategic decision-making.
- Track and follow-up on key deliverable for matrix teams.
- Update and create JIRA tickets, and confluence for the teams, to ensure alignment.
- Generate reports utilizing business intelligence tools and present findings
- And any daily or ad-hoc tasks such as expense reports completion, submitting tickets, submitting changes in HRIS platform.
Education And/or Experience
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or other related field (or equivalent work experience) required; advanced degree preferred (e.g MBA)
- 2+ years of experience in a consulting, market research, or Chief of Staff role
- Experience in business strategy development preferred
- FINRA SIE License preferred

We're seeking a Creative Strategy & Production Specialist to lead the creation and execution of Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns, with a strong emphasis on creative strategy and production. The ideal candidate will craft innovative strategies, produce engaging digital content, and work closely with the team to optimize content for social media platforms, particularly Meta. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on creative execution, including video editing, graphic design, organic social media, knowledge and interest in paid social media, to drive audience engagement and business results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with clients and internal teams to develop strategic creative approaches that align with campaign goals. Leverage customer insights to shape messaging and content that resonates with specific audiences.
- Take an active role in producing digital advertising assets, transforming raw content into polished stills, videos, and ad creatives optimized for Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
- Potentially helping our email marketing specialist with any graphic design requirements.
- Engage directly with clients to understand their target customers' motivations, pain points, and purchasing behaviors. Use these insights to inform your creative strategy and ensure the content speaks directly to audience needs.
- Regularly analyze the performance of ad creatives across Meta's platform. Use data to refine and optimize creative content for higher engagement, improved conversion rates, and better ROI.

Requirements
Proven experience in creative strategy within digital advertising, with a particular emphasis on Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram).
Strong skills in copywriting,organic social media, graphic design, and video editing (proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
- Ability to transform raw assets into high-performing social media ads (still images, video ads, carousel ads) tailored to Meta platforms.
- Strong understanding of customer behavior and consumer psychology in the digital space, particularly in relation to driving conversions.
- Knowledge and interest in paid social media.
- Experience with Meta's advertising tools and platforms, including Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, etc. (preferred)
