The Role
As a CRM Project Manager, you will lead the technical infrastructure and data architecture planning for the CRM system, and advises the larger back on system interconnectivity. You will ensure that there is mínimal system conflict and that data and processes flow smoothly between CRM and other source systems.
How you'll contribute
Ensures Project Schedule, Timeline, and Budget are monitored and on track. Tracks the timely delivery of all project documentation and artifacts. Monitors and reports risks along with the mitigation steps to the Stakeholders.
Leads project meetings to provide project/enhancement updates to bank higher management via monthly PWTs, STCs, ECBs, MBR, and ROCs, to illustrate proper prioritization and impact management for the project vs other major projects of the bank Delivers all Project Administrative Documentation such as but not limited to PSR, Risk Monitoring document, etc.
Should have high-level knowledge of CRM Implementations in order to oversee the delivery and be able to identify risks in the project. Guidance on the integrations as well as coordination for the external systems impacted is also expected from the CRM Project Manager.
Contributes to key technology management decisions, especially related to database management and system connections using broad knowledge of bank technology landscape to ensure technical solution feasibility. Assesses feasibility of business-requested enhancements taking into consideration workforce capacity and timeline based on knowledge of bank technology landscape to manage ITG resources smartly and efficiently while providing the most impact for the bank.
Ensures that all applicable risks are reviewed and considered by undergoing required risk assessment exercises to ensure that mitigation and prevention measures are in place.
Ensures that systems built and implemented operate within audit and compliance regulations by coordinating to complete audit and compliance requirements to protect consumer data and to smoothly launch the system.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Computer/Telecommunication, Industrial, Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics/Statistics, Business/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Economics
With at least 5 years of relevant experience
Preferably with Project Management Certification
Strong knowledge and experience in Project Management (Planning, Orchestration, Monitoring, and Reporting) for CRM Implementations
Understanding of bank technology and architecture high-level knowledge or understanding of Infrastructure and how it impacts business processes in a CRM Implementation
Keen to details and must have Critical Problem-Solving Skills Systems Literacy, ability to grasp how systems generally work, and
how it would fit in a larger environment.

1. Supplement PM and whole BD team in securing potential store details such as, but not limited to, the following:

- Secure store blowup plan
- Confirm potential store layout dimensions (length, width, height)
- Provide coordinates for space planning
- Analyze market drivers: foot traffic, nearby direct competitors, etc.
- Sketching store layout and providing suggested store front based on analysis of traffic count
2. Coordinate with operations on initial fit out planning and get their feedback
3. Coordinate with lessors from site acquisition to maintenance
4. Coordinate with purchaser for project needs. Ensure on time and in full delivery of suppliers.
Monitor budget if project along with purchaser.
5. Coordinate with specialized contractors/suppliers on timelines; scheduling of installation.
6. Review specs of supplier shop drawings together with architect and interior designer.
7. Review contractor’s quotation and provide recommendations
8. Ensure contractors finish projects within the agreed timeline based on submitted gant chart;
supported by pictures
9. Visit projects on milestone accomplishments (recommended 2x per week)
10. Ensure workmanship of contractors/suppliers are up to Chatime standards
11. Ensure all tests are done, with supporting documents from mall and/or supplier
12. Assist on the caring and maintenance of existing sites
