Manage projects from inception to release or full project life cycle. Facilitate,

HIRING REQUIREMENTS:
Work Experience
- At least 10+ years of work experience as a Project Manager, with relevant experience in Enterprise Data or Data/Reports related projects.
- Solid in project/program management methodologies and tools
- Proven track record of executing large-scale projects (>$1Mn)
- Solid understanding of technologies to manage dependencies
- Ideally managed larger organizational / technology transformation projects
- Experience in predictive project management. Experience in agile project management is optional

Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial), Physics, Chemistry, or a similar field
- At least 6 years of relevant professional experience, ideally with exposure to semiconductor assembly, process engineering, test engineering, manufacturing operations, and subcontractor management
- In-depth knowledge of project management, with at least 2 years of experience leading cross-functional projects of medium to high complexity
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to address complex challenges and make informed decisions
- Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively in a matrix organization and engage with senior management

As part of Project and Program Management team, you'll help deliver some of the biggest, most iconic project imaginable, with some of the best talent around. With your energy, agility and a keen eye for detail, you'll deliver transformational outcomes for multiple clients everyday
Role accountabilities:
- Assist in the management of small to medium-sized projects within the construction industry.
- Implement and maintain quality control measures, oversee document coordination processes, and manage document repositories.
- Ensure projects and programs are delivered on time and within budget using project and program management methodologies and tools.
- Facilitate collaboration by participating in task delegation and providing support to project and program teams.
- Liaise effectively with peers, senior colleagues, and external stakeholders to contribute to relationship-building efforts
- Generate and deliver comprehensive monthly and weekly project reports, highlighting key milestones, risks, and achievements.
- Manage invoicing and purchase order processes to ensure accurate financial tracking and compliance with project budgets.
- Contribute to the development of insightful dashboard reports to enhance project and program management processes
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant business experience, preferably in the construction industry
- Proficiency in project and program management methodologies and tools
- Expertise at the 'Practitioner' level in construction project and program management service lines, focusing on quality control, document coordination, and management
- Familiarity with construction regulations, codes, and standards related to quality control and documentation requirements
- Basic knowledge of contract management principles and practices, including procurement processes and subcontractor management.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges in quality control, document coordination, and management
- Excellent communication skills for liaising with various stakeholders.
- Proficiency in resource planning capabilities, including personnel, equipment, and materials allocation.
- Experience with digitalization and process automations, with a willingness to learn and contribute to these areas.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering excellence in quality control and document management.
