PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Manages all aspects from requirements, vendor selection and until
implementation of the project(s) to ensure the program aligns with
and directly supports the achievement of the Foundation strategic
objectives.
IT Administration and Data Security
- Determines and proposes annual budget requirements and
resources to implement the systems and ascertains optimal IT
operations, checks, and controls IT spending so that it is within the
approved budget and resource constraints.
- Ensures and maintain the technical competence of IT personnel by
providing and suggesting necessary skills training.
Preserve assets, information security and control structures
Implementing the Data Protection Policy, and ensuring it is adhered
to throughout the Foundation.
- Creating and guidelines for all employees of PBSP and checking
compliance to the guidelines.

- Maintaining a comprehensive and up-to-date inventory record of all IT assets, including hardware, software licenses, and cloud subscriptions
- Ensuring all IT asset issuances are covered with signed property receipts, all new laptops are covered with property floater insurance, and returned assets are properly acknowledged and recorded
